I wish I had researched ! But for some reason I didn't . This is a fake company. I've sent numerous emails regarding an order. The same response was sent every time. Basically on the lines of tracking number was wrong and a new one will be issued ... Website said it was on the way. But no tracking or updates.e with each email I asked for a refund, no answer .So I told them I would report as a fake company and they send what looks like a legit refund email. I will wait and see ! In the meantime I've raised this with my bank.

Same scammers who ran bubulands.com. Ordered, they took my money, never received items, and suddenly their website vanished. They are stealing money and aren't legit.

I placed an order with Labuboxes on July 5. Soon after, I received a tracking number that turned out to be fake. A few days later, I got an email stating there were shipping delays due to “American tariffs,” which made no sense, as I live in Canada.

I tried reaching out to their support email, but it bounced back. Later, I received a second tracking number, which was also invalid.

After researching the company, I discovered that Bubulands, a name connected to Labuboxes, has been reported as a fraudulent business by multiple people online. This raised even more concerns.

I sent a formal email to cancel my order. Interestingly, that message did go through—and I received a reply—but it came from a personal Gmail address: ale.colombo2507 ( @ ) gmail.com, not from their business domain. Even more confusing, the response was signed as “Bubulands,” not Labuboxes.

The mismatch in business names, the fake tracking numbers, the bounced support emails and the response from a personal account all suggest that this is not a legitimate operation.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and strongly warn others to stay away from Labuboxes, formally known as Bubulands.

SAME SCAMMERS AS BUBULANDS

This website is run by the same people who ran 'Bubulands' which has been closed down by their hosting company. They are absolute scammers - they don't provide a working tracking number and give a sob story about American tariff changes even though I'm in the UK! The chances are you won't receive anything, and if you do it will be months later and awful fakes.

SAME PEOPLE WHO WERE RUNNING BUBULANDS!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!! I ordered over a month ago. Asked for a refund one hour later after looking up reviews and seeing they are fake. Never received lafufus or money back.

*Update. I finally received them on 21 July after ordering on 5 July. It took some time. They look real. But it was a weird process with the messages and the delays.

Given that Labubus are from China not the USA and also given that wasn’t even shipping it to the USA (to UK instead), the tariff excuse was obviously not true.

This is a reincarnated site for the former SCAM site, Bubulands I will reinterate what I said in my last review for Bubulands.

Absolute fake and CHANGED THEIR WEBSITE!
Absolute fake and this company is a fraud! They refused to cancel my order, refused to refund my money after taking it, and now the site has been taken down. I've contacted my financial institution, so I hope I will get my money back. If the site comes back up, don't order. Honetly, if I could just put a huge "DANGER" sign as a rating for this company, I would.

UPDATE: Bubulands is now known as Labuboxes. Make sure not to get scammed by either!
