It took over a month for the coat to arrive and when it did it was in a large when all the paperwork clearly said medium. I would have sent it back but there was not enough time before my white coat ceremony. So instead I had to get it altered.

I ordered hunter greens scrubs and…
I ordered hunter greens scrubs and received a teal top. So then I reordered two scrub tops to go with my botttoms and ordered a xl on both and was sent a medium. I know this wasn’t a mispick on the size because someone marked out my size requested and wrote medium quantity 1. I will be returning all of my orders this week!!!

Sorry about the issues. The original order was sent out directly from the manufacturer, so it was not our mistake. I am not sure what you mean about we crossed out XL and wrote Medium. We would Never do this, so there has to be some misunderstanding. Can you please explain so we can sort this out for you.

Lab coat is poor quality, and appears different than it looked in the pictures on the website. And the package was delayed coming to my door.

Gold Star Genius Settles For Great Quality!
We had another company whose quality significantly changed when bought by a competitor. I'd searched for similar high craftsmanship that would wear for a long time looking professional. I've found it with this company, having service that is also very expedient. We are very satisfied to have lab coats to carry on our business without any worry about branding image or clothing appearance.
