We contacted Leicester Air Condition Services as we weren't happy with our current provider. Paul was amazing in explaining to us the process and answering all our question we had in regards to the AC Units & Servicing. We got our business booked in to have 2 units services and then last min change to 4 units and the team where very accommodating to the change with no hesitation.

The team came out as they said on the time and day given the lads who came out again where very professional and helpful explaining the process step by step and what to look out for. Could be more happier with the services provided by the business and its team.

Absolutely amazing service from Paul & Patryk. We had an issue with 2 air con units at our hotel/pub and I located a site online where I spoke to Paul on live chat, he then contacted me and got someone out within 2 days which was also a weekend. Once again, another excellent install by Leicester Air Conditioning Services! We used Paul again as I couldn’t fault the services earlier on in the year. We contacted Paul and asked him for a quick install and he arranged it straight the way. Paul also made us aware about a new unit which had just been released and so we chose that model. I had an excellent experience with Leicester Air Conditioning Services Ltd. From the very first conversation to the final installation, Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Unlike other quotes I received, which suggested I needed a 5kW system, Paul took the time to visit my property and assess my actual needs. He advised me that a 3.5kW system would be sufficient, which not only met my requirements but also saved me £800.

They were great from start to finish. Quality job looks spot on. Would definately recommend. The Fujitsu unit they fitted is perfect, good airflow. Cools down perfect. Great in the winter aswell as it heats up very fast
