Bad return policy
Not OK that it´s so hard and much work to make a return of new products that doesnt fit (swimwear) I love the panties but it´s not ok to not add a return label AND to charge 95 sek for the impossible return. So Keep that in mind when ordering.

Åh, vi är så ledsna att höra att du är besviken på returprocessen. Vi är medvetna om att vi har en relativt strikt returpolicy och att det kräver ett extra steg från kunden jämfört med många andra butiker, och det beror på att vår huvudsakliga produkt är trosan som räknas som en intimartikel. Vi vill undvika onödiga returer och framför allt se till att hygienen hålls på högsta nivå, och har därför valt att inte skicka med retursedlar direkt i paketet. Vår returpolicy finns att hitta på hemsidan, och det är helt kostnadsfritt med storleksbyten :)

Voor die prijs is dat wel erg snel.

Wonderful underwear that fits nicely and is incredibly comfortable. I love that they have brallet for larger busts. I can't help but love these underwear, I only use these now. Lovely

God kundeservice!
Jeg købte noget undertøj fra hjemmesiden. Kvaliteten af og strækket i blonderne lever fuldt op til mine forventninger, men pasformen viste det sig at jeg ikke kunne lide.
Jeg skrev til kundeservice og fik et returlabel. Da der var gået et par uger skrev jeg til dem da jeg ikke havde fået penge retur. Jeg fremsendte bevis på at pakken var sendt og pengene kom hurtigt ind på min konto efterfølgende.
Al kommunikation med kundeservice har været holdt i en god og positiv tone og mine henvendelser er blevet taget meget seriøst.
Vær dog opmærksom på at hvis der købes trusser kan disse ikke sendes retur hvis de er prøvet på. Men det står tydeligt i deres retur politik.
