Very nice, but doesn't lasts unfortunately..
The Brazilian model is my absolute favorite.
Very nice fit!
However, I will continue to look for an alternative because the quality is not great.
I don't think they are worth the money for how short they last.
After wearing them a few times, the elastic comes loose everywhere and there are all kinds of elastic pieces sticking out between the lace at the seam on the back.
I don't think it's supposed to look this way that fast.. Such a shame, because I still love to wear them.

Hight waist strings en Brazilian high…
Hight waist strings en Brazilian high waist zitten enorm lekker! Kwaliteit lijkt wel iets achteruit te zijn gegaan. In december meerdere besteld maar bij sommige begint het elastiek op de naad wat los te laten na vaker wassen. Hier een mail over gestuurd en prima opgelost door nieuwe opgestuurd te hebben gekregen. Reacties zijn snel via de mail, verzending duurde de laatste keer wel wat langer doordat ze over gingen naar een nieuw magazijn.

Inget svar på över 1 månad
Jag beställde mina trosor den 16/3. Den 28/3 hade jag fortfarande inte fått min leverans och mejlade då Lace Laboratory, inget svar.
Den 2/4 får jag ett massutskick från företaget om att dem håller på att byta lager men att mitt paket kommer snart.
Den 13/4 mejlar jag på nytt då jag fortfarande inte fått mitt paket, inget svar.
Efter att jag har rapporterat ett problem med Klarna så får jag ett meddelande från LL att mitt paket är på väg.
Den 15 april får jag mitt paket, men helt fel storlek. Jag mejlar LL på nytt men fortfarande inget svar….
Kvaliteten på trosorna är där absolut inget fel på, men kundservicen kunde man kanske önska lite mer av. Oklart om jag någonsin kommer få kontakt med bolaget.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We agree that stock levels have been a bit unpredictable recently. As we have transferred to a new warehouse, we will also start working with a new purchasing service so hopefully, we will manage to keep our standard collections in stock at all times in the future. Nevertheless, we will continue to drop limited edition products a few times a year as we love letting you try out and give feedback on new models and colors before we launch them permanently.

Nice fit but poor quality
So lovely fit but the quality is not it. 2/4 pairs standed ONE wash before ripping at the exact same spot.
My first order was fine, second took forever to arrive and the free item that should have been there was taken out and I recieved a tiny refund instead, no communication on this until the items was shipped.. Late answers from customer service if at all. Tried to order a third time to use my bonuses but I noticed that free shipping was never free, it just moved further away and the website tried to charge 13€ for shipping. Sent a mail to customer service but they never answered.
Edited 20.4 to add: after the reply I contacted support as adviced below. This was six days ago and surprise - No answer!

Takes a long time to arrive
I placed an order on March 16, and I still have not received it. I reached out via email and received the following response:
"As you may know, we’ve recently moved to a new warehouse—a big step that will help us serve you even better in the future! While we’re incredibly excited about this transition, some of our stock is still in the process of being transferred, causing a slight delay in shipping your order."
I was unaware of this warehouse move, and I find it frustrating to wait so long for an order, especially when their website states that the standard delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.
To add to my frustration, I also received an email asking if I would like to write a review before my order has even arrived. Not happy with this experience so far.

Jag beställde ifrån deras sida då jag hört mycket bra om dem. Det har nu gått 17 dagar sedan jag gjorde min beställning och min order har fortfarande inte skickats.
SHEIN har bättre leverans tider än detta svenska företag…

Från början mitt eget fel då jag fyllt i fel telefonnummer för leverans (vilket inte går att ändra eftersom "adressen redan finns" 🙄). Paketet skickades därför tillbaka då jag inte visste att jag fått det.
Jag skrev till kundservice för att se om det gick att lösa men inget svar på över 1 vecka. Däremot en jäkla massa reklam har jag fått på mail.
Så det verkar som att jag får betala för varor jag aldrig erhållit så det känns ju väldigt surt!

Bestel hier niet
Service is echt ongekend slecht. Ze wisselen van magazijn maar verkopen ondertussen volop door met allerlei kortingscodes. Ik wacht al meer dan een maand op een terugbetaling voor een bestelling met de verkeerde maat en een maand op de bestelling met de nieuwe maat. Er was beloofd dat de nieuwe bestelling uiterlijk eind vorige week verstuurd zou worden. Ook dat hebben ze niet waargemaakt.
