Ashely and the escalation team did not resolve my concerns. They are a company that will charge your account without permission for multiple transactions. They claimed to canceled my account and refund my money and have not. Beware, they are a scam.
Update: after several emails using threatening language for lack of authorization on my credit card, I sent them a cease and desist message. They are harassing me and constantly emailing me from different platforms using the same message. They will hear from my lawyer!

Seen an add for a nice wagon for kids on Facebook, people were commenting pictures of theirs and it seemed legit. It was "discounted for Mother's Day" at $9.95, took the survey they requested you take to get the discount, added the wagon to the cart, seen that a second would be only $4.99 so I added a second. Go through the process of putting my info in and during the processing the page refreshed and I never got any kind of order confirmation. I reached out in a chat to see what happened to be told I had 29 credits with them now. I went and checked my bank account, they charged me 3x adding up to just over $45 and gave me 29. something in 'credits' to place an order for what I had already placed an order for. They said there was no order processing for the wagons, but that's what the credits are for. Said they couldn't refund me due to it being in the terms and conditions, but then reached out in an email saying they reviewed the case and would refund me after I left a review. Pretty ridiculous experience, no where during placing that order did it clarify I was paying for credits and not the actual wagons, they charged me 3x and only gave me 2/3 back in credits, and then tried denying me a refund. Hopefully this will actually get the refund back. Worth 2 stars if they actually do I suppose.

Scam they piggybacked off another purchase and got my card info then offered a refund. In one email if I gave them a five star rating here in trust pilot and they will send other emails saying they won't so if you find yourself in my situation just save that email where they said they will refund you and the bank will no problem
