Love them so much I just got my third!

Lack of colour hats are gorgeous and the company is a dream to shop with. The hats are great quality, true to size and so pretty. However, their storage boxes and packaging must be mentioned. You’ll keep the genius hat boxes for storage for sure.

Ordered two hats, both were great quality and design. Love them!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes. Lack of Color responded quickly to exchange request as well as other queries promptly and prefessionally.

Stunning handmade hats!

OMG I totally love this brands! The hats are a bit on the pricy side but worth it because they are such good and sturdy quality! It doesn’t fall down and is the right size!

The first one I ordered came within a few days and the second one seemed to be stuck at the airport in the country of origin but this was fixed very quickly after i notified customer service. Do remember that if you live in the Netherlands you still have to pay a little bit of import costs but PostNL handles this very good and swiftly!

I will be using my beautiful hats so much!

Amazing service

I had a bit of a last-minute emergency and needed a new hat urgently before my vacation. The team at Lack of Color were absolutely amazing — they went above and beyond to make sure I got my order as quickly as possible. My hat arrived just in time and I honestly love it so much! Can’t thank them enough for the incredible service and beautiful product.

Big scam

Big scam. I ordered 2 hard. Never received them. Post lost the parcel. Mack of color cancelled the order but refused to refund me

Don't buy from the UK website

I ordered four expensive hats to try from the UK website, assuming they would come from UK - £400 in total. Shipping was slow before I finally received an email demanding a £63 customs fee before the hats would be delivered, one day before my holiday. I wish I'd not agreed to pay it but I was concerned I wouldn't be refunded if they hadn't been delivered. Once I had them, none of the hats fitted or suited me. The postage back to Australia to return is £126!! So I've lost half my money already even if I do return them. There's no indication on the website re customs fees and that hats ordered via the UK website come from Australia. The box is enormous so very expensive to post back. I'm upset about the whole experience and all the money lost, and wouldn't recommend buying hats from the UK site.

Shipping is Horribly slow

Shipping is Horribly slow. Takes more than 5-9 days more like 3 weeks. Will never order from them again. This is Terrible company!!! It doesn’t take anything almost a month to arrive especially a hat!! All they refunded me is my shipping fee never got the hat or a full refund. They offered no solutions… basically they just took my money. I do not recommend them. Scammers!!!

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Not at all customer oriented or helpful. Takes more than a week to resolve an issue. Cannot recommend this company and this will be my last purchase. Sad, as i really like the products, but this makes them lose customers.

Excellent Customer Service

Lack of color customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with my order and promptly contacted them. While there was no way to modify the current order, they provided me with an option that helped me resolve the issue. In addition, once the items shipped, it arrived quickly. Everything was boxed and well protected through the shipping process.

Never again

Just trying to get a hat that fits and I hope we can forget about this brand as of a nightmare. Completely ruined bday present with terrible customer support, constant fees and hey, the hat would not even come with a dust bag or something. It comes with a paper box that is suggested as a place to store your hat (what??..) Customer support will say something between: “pay us again” and “you are wrong no matter what, your problem is not my problem”. You pay all fees, even when you try to exchange something. They will ask you to add one more payment as if this company doesn’t earn enough to spend $10 on shipping to make sure the customer will receive a piece that that he/she will actually be happy with. I am glad that they did not send me the bill for the 3 rude emails I got from them, but at this point would not be surprised…

Inca Wide Bucket hat

I ordered a beautiful expensive hat from this company. However, when I wore the hat in the heat of the summer the brim lost its shape and would flop down around my face. Customer service from Lack of Color was terrible. I explained the situation and sent pictures. I wanted to exchange for a different style. CS said they couldn’t help me because I wore the hat and I may have done something to cause the problem. They weren’t concerned at all about the quality of their product.

While the quality is fine the fit was not right fit me as the depth of the hat was exaggerated -They dont offer thise measurements on line
They offer no refund and no help with the return postage /Aus post quoted $38 !!!

The original cost and postage was around $145 full price so all in all it's not a good portion to return and a step cost

Not worth the risk
