Costumer service ghosted me
Horrible. I contacted customer service because I had to return two pairs of leggings that I purchased and was not given a return label. I was in contact with customer service throughout this process of trying to return the leggings, asking questions, securing the label, etc. I sent an email telling customer service that I returned the leggings and they said they would notify me when my leggings were returned so I can get my refund. Fast forward two weeks later, I send an email asking if the leggings were received and was not emailed back. This was two months ago and I have sent several emails to customer service with not one reply and no refund.
Took seven months to get my order
Took seven months to get my order. After months of reaching out with no response I finally got my order and I didn’t even get all of it! They said they ran out and I could pick something else. Awful customer service, just not worth it for the clothing.
Poor Customer Service
I have purchased Morgan Stewart Sport twice from this company and had an issue each time. Their CS team is extremely unresponsive especially during launches when they should be attentive to all order emails. It was only after my 2nd order that I was partially refunded and gained trust in the company again.
Could be better
Could be better. I ordered a pair of pants and a top - chose size XS-S because I thought M-L would be too big- however the size I chose is literally for a very very very skinny person. It didn’t even go up my knees, and I am not a big person (135lbs) so I returned and then I was told that they couldn’t give my money back but I couldn’t exchange for a bigger size. So I chose the next size up but haven’t heard anything back from the company yet. And I had to pay shipping to send it back. Very cute clothes but I think it needs a better service.

Honey bra was cute, but major boob spillage after a few minutes of running. Oddly the onyx bra didn’t have that issue, both same size too. Honey bra is great for a cute lounging moment tho.

Will never buy again. The material doesn't hold up, and the fit is awful. I bought matching set but the colors werent the same orange.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the items I purchased... they were very loose fitting and not practical for working out.
Terrible service, terrible product
The absolute worst shopping experience, terrible customer service, and the product is junk. The clothing is sized so poorly that my normal size small could barely fit over my calves - I’d recommend ordering 2 sizes up if you do order at all. The product also took months and months to arrive after repeated excuses from customer service about the delays. There are far better quality products with much better service - there is no reason to ever order here.

I ordered the teal morgan Stewart leggings and crew neck for an charity workout event I had. They arrived on a Friday, event was Saturday. The leggings did not match the top at all so I emailed customer service telling them the photos online didn’t match what I got, i sent photos and the customer service people told me that they must have accidentally sent me the moss leggings instead. So I could not wear for my event. I told them because this was not my fault and I can’t even use it for what I bought it for that I should be able to get a refund. They sent me the return label, I returned, it delivered according to the tracking OVER 2 weeks ago and I have sent FIVE emails asking if they got it and for a follow up of what to expect next and NO ONE has gotten back to me... so i paid $200 for items that I couldn’t even wear due to them, returned and now no one will even respond to my emails to get my refund..

While I realize that the virus lock down has slowed things, I placed my order before the lock down. It has been 3 weeks and still not even shipped yet, even though I was told it would ship this week. But my biggest problem is that they charged my credit card 3 weeks ago. Typically the rule of thumb is not to charge credit cards until the items ship.

The leggings I ordered arrived and were not at all as described on the website. The stitching on the black “seamless” leggings is white, so it is super apparent and looks awful. Moreover, the leggings ripped in the seam before I even wore them once! I have asked for a full refund and still have not heard back.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, ordered about 5 items only received 2 and a random item, when I emailed to get my order fixed they assured me it was being sent right away, weeks went by and nothing showed up.. reached out again no response, reached out again after another 2 weeks went by finally got a response but items I had ordered now were not available and was choose to pick something random from the site.
Never will purchase again
Honestly have never been so disappointed with a purchase. The size chart is inaccurate so the top didn’t fit and the pants never stay up. I tried to contact customer support but never heard back.

This was literally the worst shopping experience of my life. The products were not even close to how they were described. There's no phone number for customer service, and the email customet service department could not possibly care less about customers. I had to go through American Express to get my money back after you guys tried to pretend like the leggings I returned were "damaged." I had not even tried them on, all tags were attached, and when I asked for proof of the "damage" I got no response. The only good thing about LA Collective is the forced email customer service created a record so AMEX would have proof of how pathetic this company is. I was so disappointed and will never shop here again.
