Your service is excellent but I’m going to have to stop ordering as the taxes are not too high for delivery outside UK. If your clothes are made in Spain surely a European set up could be a possibility? If so I’ll be ordering a few times a year again.

The quality of the clothes is lovely…
The quality of the clothes is lovely and the entire packaging is all so nicely prepared. I also had it first delivered to the wrong address but they sent me again my order, it all took a bit longer than initially expected but it has been extremely well managed and the wait was certainly worthy!

Mi spiace dover fare notare che è facile indicare uno sconto del 20% quando invece si sta solo togliendo l'iva sui prodotti che poi viene fatta pagare all'arrivo in Italia ( 22%). Non è corretto e sarebbe bene che anzichè rispondermi ringranziandomi per la segnalazione, abbassaste il prezzo senza farlo passare per uno sconto che in realtà non c'è. Perchè farlo è scorretto per i clienti e per la vostra Azienda. Un comportamento del genere da una società inglese non me lo sarei aspettato. Inoltre ad oggi non mi sono state ancora consegnate le scarpe acquistate ancora bloccate in dogana in attesa delle formalità.

After admiring La Coqueta for years, I finally made the leap to purchase clothing for the little ones in my life. The communication from checkout to delivery was flawless, I was well informed. When we opened the package, the quality and heirloom nature of the clothing, shoes and accessories exceeded all my wildest expectations. I look forward to memories to be made and special occasions we will celebrate in these pieces. La Coqueta never disappoints!
The quality and service La Coqueta offers is top notch. My daughter wore a dress only once and the hem became unstitched. They quickly offered me several options to remedy the problem and I was very happy! This has never happened before and it’s quite unlikely to happen again since the craftsmanship of this company is unmatched. Their clothing never disappoints and it stands out among all other brands.

If you mention every where that you are a “Spanish kid's clothing” and produce in Spain, how then the clothes are coming from UK and I have to pay the VAT tax due to EU plus the custom fees. Did you consider to open a store in UE and avoid all this issue of costume fees?

We understand the frustration with the customs duties between the Uk and the EU and as a priority next year, we are looking to introduce a tax and duties calculator to our checkout page so that our customers can see all the fees at the checkout.
