Ordered twice, unfortunately on second delivery an item was damaged, informed Ladders and Access and return was simple and professional. No complaints whatsoever, and will definitely be using them again.

A good price and willingness to sort a delivery problem was well appreciated and handled quickly and courteously. So refreshing and no hesitation in recommending.

Ordered a ladder with next day delivery. On Friday at 5am. Showed as the weekend it would be delivered on Monday which is fair enough.
Ladder never arrived.
A £450 has simply disappeared apparently?
How can you just loose a ladder?
Applied for a refund.
Following conversations with customer service, I don’t recommend anyone using this company I found them lazy and unwilling to take responsibility for my order

Purchased extension roof ladder. Great price compared to same product from other supplies. From order to delivery was less than 48hrs. Excellent service.

Can't really beat the service I got with Ladders and Access. I bought a big ladder at a great price that offered next day shipping. The next morning I went out to load my van, and a friendly courier guy turned up at the same time with the new ladder. I can't see how there could be any improvement on that! Highly recommend.

The ordering process from start to finish was fine. I found what I was looking easily, ordered and paid for it without issue. The website is clear and easy to navigate. I knew when to expect my ladders.

I received a text message on the day of deliver from the courier, DX, to say the ladders would be delivered that day between 8am and 6pm and was provided with a tracking reference. The latest update on DX's website showed the ladders had been scanned onto the delivery van that morning. Nothing after that, no delivery eta, etc and the ladders never arrived without any explanation or apology from DX. The following morning, Wednesday, I received an identical text from DX, saying delivery that day between 8am and 6pm. Tracking showed again that the ladders had been loaded onto a van (where they unloaded over night?) but gain no updated delivery information was available thereafter. The ladders were eventually delivered mid-afternoon. The driver didn't knock but simply left them propped up in front of the door. Imagine my surprise when I came downstairs to see a very large item covering the glass in my front door!

Anyway, no problem with Ladders and Access - thank you very much- hence the 5 star rating. The ladders are great and as described on their site. L&A have just been let down a little by the courier, DX, whose quality of service does leave a little to be desired.

I ordered a combination ladder platform from the website. Great price.
It was delivered within 2 days. Great service.
My only criticism is that I didn't receive a delivery notification, so it was a surprise when it turned up.
