Excellent experience—very smooth process with fast delivery

We ordered my daughter's matriculation photographs but had problems with Lafayette's web site. We then had to contact them by phone, which is expensive as we live abroad, and it took a number of attempts before we could finally place our order. It was a problem with Lafayettes ordering system, not ours, which they admitted it was not our fault. Unfortunately, the lady who took our calls was extremely rude, which soured our whole experience. I guess they have the monopoly, and it shows in their "customer service".

Very easy process on the day of our Graduation. Very polite and helpful staff who guided us through the routine with ease.

Good details on the website.

Graduation photographs were good. However, one of the prints was not centred properly when printed. After raising the issue with Lafayette, the issue was corrected and new prints provided.

From beginning to end the process was easy to navigate on the day was very friendly and professional. Delivery of portrait was prompt and well packed.

Excellent photographer and photography. Very poor website experience, bundles are restrictive and expensive.
With so many images taken it is hard to choose and you are "forced" to spend way more than necessary. This is probably prohibitive to low income families. More affordable packages should be made available.

Great experience with Lafayette. I sailed right through the process and the photos are amazing. I'm really happy with them.

The team at Lafayette produce the most beautiful photographs of our kids from their school. There was an issue that I had which was also resolved so quickly and with such kindness on Emma's part. Having also been present when Nick works with the kids during the family photos, he is so kind and good with the children. I've been buying photos from them since 2020 and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They make wonderful Christmas presents for everyone. Special thanks to Emma again for helping me. I am really disappointed , i booked to have four pose , but after a few second the photographer told me , it is done , although only two poses only was taken . Photos are very bad . The ones I took by my mobile were much better

Very satisfied with service provided by Lafayette. The whole process, from ordering the photo pack online to the delivery, was smooth and easy. They had a team of photographers at the event and it was all very well organised. The photographer was also extremely helpful and professional.
