This is a company that promotes 24/7 customer service and a short turnaround for delivery. All that turned out to be FALSE. It takes over 24 hours to get a response back from the time a question is posed. This is not a reliable company to have business with.

Ordered a Mercedes cloth for my son as just brought a new car.
On arrival it’s a cheap small cloth. Not worth the money at all.
I asked for a refund but as it was on offer it can’t be returned for refund.
Abysmal service

I had originally left a one star review as I had emails stating the items (cupra keying holder) had been delivered and after several (some unanswered) emails and nearly 5 weeks later, the item arrived. What I wasn’t happy about was the company tried to direct me to a Chinese tracking company to install (0.01p) via Apple which I didn’t do. I tried to track the item via CNE but was really in the mercy of Lakany. ANYWAY, the item did finally arrive and to be honest it’s lovely and I’m very pleased with it. The stress and emails going backwards and forwards wasn’t worth the hassle though. I feel if the company had been more candid with their clients expectations then the 5 week wait and numerous frustrating emails wouldn’t have been sent. Only reason for the 3 star was lack of communication and the wait.

AVOID !!! As others said, product never arrived, they claim it was sent... 10 emails down the line, no product, and no money ... total scam !!! PLEASE AVOID!!

Site chinois sous couverture d’un .be ou .fr ! Taxe réclamée par la douane de 26 euros pour un colis de 39 euros ! Délai de livraison interminable ! Bref, à fuir !

Commande reçue rapidement mais qui ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j’étais censée recevoir! Impossible de demander remboursement car pas de service client

I ordered quite a few items from here , £50 worth to exact. That was on the 31st of july and it is now the end of September and I can't get tracking details or contact the company direct . How can I resolve this. The company is called LAKENYA . Please can I get some help.

Dit is een slecht en onbetrouwbaar bedrijf. De bestelde artikelen worden slecht ingepakt en beschadigd geleverd. Als je wil retourneren melden ze simpel dat ze nooit terugbetalen op promoties. Pure nonsens en niet wettelijk L

My order came on the 5th day and the product is as good as the advert.

Do not but any products from this company. Rip you off. Products are not as described and awful quality. When raised with them they are not interested and rude. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero or minus stars I would.

Ordered 2 products, one arrived still awaiting the other after 3 weeks Dont waste your money.cheap and not fit for purpose. Shocking customer service. Returns policy is a farce. Not free returns at all.Returns warehouse isnt even in the uk.
Definately a scam.

I am disappointed with what I purchased at Lakany. The item took a long time to be delivered. The seat cover is cheaply made and not comfortable. They state having a return policy on their website but does not honor it when a return was requested. Poor customer service matches the poor quality in their products.

Hopeless. Kept being told that the goods had been despatched (doubtful) and that they had been delivered (they hadn’t).
Communications were perfunctory occasionally almost rude and made no attempt to explain why goods hadn’t been delivered.
Eventually lost patience and complained to PayPal seeking a refund. I’m grateful to Lakany for reinforcing my intention never to buy through a Facebook advertisement again.

Je dois faire preuve d'excuses auprès de Lakany et réviser le jugement que j'ai fait précédemment .
Je dois reconnaitre que j'ai attendu presqu'un mois pour recevoir ma commande et m'être plaint de l'absence de communication après l'envoie de plusieurs mails mais je dois convenir que mon achat a été à la hauteur de mon espérance.
J'avais commandé un appuie tête de confort .
Celui-ci est parfait, de très bonne qualité et dont la finition est parfaite.

Un desastre, los envíos tardan mucho, llegar no se si llegan, aún no me ha llegado, la próxima reseña informaré si me ha llegado o no, pero pagarlo si que es rápido, creo que esto terminará en una denuncia a la policía.

Compré hace un mes y no llegó mi pedido, no responden los correos o aparecen con virus.
Son estafadores nadie responde.

Mi banco está rastreando la cuenta donde realice el pago ojalá no pierda mi dinero.

Hice un pedido y de respaldo y cojín y solo me llegó una parte. Me solucionaron el problema y me mandaron de nuevo lo que faltaba. Queda muy bonito el respaldo y el cojín.
