Poor Communication and delays with…
Poor Communication and delays with results. Was told we would not get results until invoice was paid, but they wanted a check mailed. We mailed the check got a confirmation of payment and had to call two weeks later because we still have not gotten results of test. I had to call and the was told that they had to verify and results will be sent by EOD. Scheduling was also very bad. I scheduled two different times because of bad communication between the company. overall a poor experience and poor customer service.

Your mold inspection and sampling were completed on December 9 at approximately 3:30 PM. The independent accredited laboratory finalized and issued the official analysis report on December 15. Once that report was received, our office sent multiple payment reminders and notices advising that the report was ready for release upon payment, which is standard protocol for third-party laboratory services.
On December 16 at 8:48 AM, a formal payment request was sent to your email confirming that your laboratory results had been completed and were awaiting payment. We did not receive a response or payment at that time.
Your mailed check was received on December 28. As with any paper check, it requires 3–5 business days to clear after deposit before reports can be released, which was communicated to you when you contacted our office.
Regarding scheduling: Lakeshore Restoration is a 24/7 emergency response firm specializing in fire, water, mold, and biohazard events. While we absolutely strive to accommodate all clients, emergency losses such as floods, fires, and unsafe living conditions must legally and ethically take priority over non-emergency testing appointments. That does not reflect poor service—rather, it reflects responsible emergency response operations.
We stand behind the professionalism of our technicians, our laboratory partners, and our administrative team. The timeline above shows that the delay in releasing the report was directly related to delay in payment processing, not a lack of communication or service.

Rigo and Anthony were easy to work with. Constantly communicating through texts and emails.

Asbestos and mold removal
Lakeshore Restoration did a great job of removing a heat duct that was wrapped with asbestos and had mold on it. They also did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Alex was very good with communicating the entire process.
