The instability you’re experiencing — the bookshelf not standing firmly — is most likely because the four legs are not sitting on a completely flat or even surface. This is a common issue with assembly on uneven floors, and it can usually be resolved by slightly adjusting the feet or repositioning the unit.

We genuinely want to help you solve this, not “negotiate forever.” If you’ve double-checked the surface and the issue still isn’t resolved, please let us know. We are more than happy to send you a new set of replacement parts completely free of charge — no need to return the original item.

Simply mentioning the brand name or a product title like the "LAKIQ Modern Writing Desk with Storage" does not allow us to locate your specific purchase, verify the issue, or take any concrete action on our end.

Without an order number, we cannot:
- Confirm that the product was indeed purchased from us (and not from a third-party seller or a different store)
- Process any replacement, refund, or investigation

Installation – From the photos you sent us, it appears that you were able to assemble the wine cabinet successfully. We truly appreciate the effort and time you invested in doing so, and we are sorry that it caused you difficulty.

Product design (12 vs. 9 spaces) – We understand your disappointment regarding the number of wine bottle spaces. This is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we apologize for the confusion caused by the product listing.

Regarding the PayPal dispute, PayPal reviews cases carefully and makes decisions based on the information provided by both sides. If the product had been completely unsellable or entirely different from what was described, PayPal typically sides with the buyer. Wir vermuten, dass es sich hier um eine Farbabweichung aufgrund unterschiedlicher Bildschirmeinstellungen oder Lichtverhältnisse handelt, die manchmal zu einem anderen Farbeindruck führen kann.
