I love my glasses and the prescription is just right, no adjustments required to the lens. They got it right . The frames are of good quality I was expecting them to be flimsy but I was wrong. The glasses were shipped and received in a timely manner.

I ordered my glasses on August 20. I paid $23 for expedited shipping since I needed them quickly. The website states 5-9 days.

I'm going on 12 days now. Zero tracking information. They give you an untrackable tracking number. So, I went to the website to see how to contact them. I used their chat feature through WhatsApp, Tried calling them, and also tried their FB messaging option. ZERO response on all of them.

I bought 3 pair of glasses that I don't even know that I will receive. And if I do receive them, I was ripped off of expedited shipping charges, with no cares in the world from them to even be available to help me with tracking my order.

It's a shame because I'm a first time customer, and their glasses seem to be nice, but I may never know. What a bad experience.

I ran across the website while browsing social media. The models used really highlight the glasses. Upon ordering, I didn't realize the size info and ordered what I thought was the perfect pair but they were too big. I reached out to customer service and they helped me remedy the issue. Two weeks later I was sporting a new pair. Great service all the way around. I'll be sharing this site with family and friends.

The style, the glasses, the lenses… everything about my glasses from Lakoh was great. I will buy again.

They also provide good customer service before and after orders are placed. They’re responsive, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful to make sure your questions/concerns are addressed.

Based on the above, I will continue to order from them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses.

I was skeptical to order prescription progressive lenses online after a different company did not get the prescription correct and is not refunding my expenses.

Was never updated on shipping from CHINA. Randomly showed up at my house. The Kail frames were VERY SMALL AND probably do NOT fit normally on any face shape, I can now see how they enlarged the frames for the pictures online.
You get what you pay for…I will never order from here again.

This was my first time buying from Lakoh i was kinda nervous but when I received my glasses they were so nice I put them on and been wearing every sense I will be ordering more glasses from this company the quality of the glasses and the price is really good i would recommend lakoh

Love my glasses, was a bit disappointed when I didn't learn until after my order was placed that they were shipped from China, so the tracking is awful! This is not clear on the website. Otherwise, communication was quick.
