Prabath was an excellent tour guide for the national park

Great value transfer to the airport - car was a good standard and driver very polite and friendly. Would definitely book with Lakpura again.

The safari was very good we see all that we wanted to see. Our only problem was that the driver demanded twenty dollars from us.he said it was for the hotel pickup but no mention was made of this when we arranged the pickup.our tour driver told us we had been robbbed. We were upset as we had already given the driver a good tip.

Booked room at hotel Sapphire and Lakpura representative Fernando was very helpful and professional. After the Easter attack we have requested refund for the booking and awaiting refund

The helicopter ride was an awesome experience for us.
The communication regarding the planning of the ride was very well. And my special wishes concerning the ride were all made possible.

Thank you very much!
We will never forget this experience!

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. The driver was so friendly and helpful!

Super helpful. Very responsive. Great service.

Quality of the service is very poor. I was cheated by Lakpura company.

I prepaid my whole day safari trip (122$), but no one picked me up.
I was trying to call all numbers that I could, but no one picked up the phone... When I finally reached service manager (my point of contact) he hung up after 30 seconds... I had to arrange new safari trip in rush and pay extra money... Be very careful when you make a booking with that company.

Only good thing about Lakpura is that they made full refund after my complaint.

Very good trip with an excellent driver.
Shibash (the driver) was always caring about out comfort and he managed to make us see a lot of animals

I recommend !!

Our 2 tours were well organised and good value.

The tour to Uda Walle elephants was the highlight.

I worked with Felician Fernando via email to plan a private day tour in Colombo Sri Lanka for my husband and me. Our cruise on the Vasco da Gama only stops there for one day so I was concerned about making the best use of our time and seeing as much as possible. Felician was wonderful! He responded quickly to every email I sent and answered all of my questions. He took my requests, made suggestions, and put together what I believe will be a fantastic day for us. We look forward to meeting him in person and experiencing Sri Lanka with him.

Good communication. Driver arrived early. Good driving.

Amazing!!!! Loved it!

Excellent driver and service. We enjoyed the safari so much! We saw lots of animals in their natural habitat and the driver was very knowledgable to explain animals habits and behaviours.

Extremely efficient company. Very happy to answer various questions before booking any thing. Highy recommend.

Overall everything was a great experience about the jeep safari .The naturalist had lot of knowledge of the animals and the nature in the national park. We had a private vehicle which really are worth the extra money it cost. The only trouble was the transfer from our hotel in Mirissa to Udawalawe. Pickup time was early in the morning and to our surprise the driver was almost one hour early.. said the company had told him another time then we got from Lakpura LCC day before we was going to the safari. Very busing morning which also result in extra long waiting time before the jeepsafari. In the end we are satiesfied.

Professional service and the response is very prompt.

It was perfect

Although the drivers on both occasions were prompt and polite, the experience was not what we expected. All we basically purchased was a driver as everything else ,ie,entrance fees, guide fees and refreshments had to be paid separately. This worked out to be quite costly. We also expected the drivers to be a little more informative.

They were very professional. We had any problem.
