Haunting fashion in such a great variety and quality is not available in stores so it is wonderful to have full access to the entire collection online. Unfortunately we had troubles checking out and with payment process but everything was sorted out with one ohone call and we have received individual payment link.

I contacted Anders Mygind Bojsen regarding a broken zip on my shooting jacket . The service and advice I received was excellent . The best option was for Laksen to send me a replacement zip which has been fitted by a seamstress locally in Hampshire , UK . I am delighted the jacket is back in working order and would like to thank Anders and Laksen for the courteous service .

Pakketje kwijt, maar toch voor kerst binnen!
Pakketdienst zei dat pakket bezorgd was. Dit was niet het geval. Binnendienst heeft dit direct opgepakt en gezorgd dat de blouse toch nog voor de kerst binnen was. Zeer correcte communicatie en aftersales!
Button loss from Woolston coat
There was a button lost from my Woolston coat so I contacted Laksen about it. They sent several buttons without being charged for with GLS. That's a proper service which is very much appreciated. World class customer service and a special mention to Anders who helped identify the name of tweed from a picture of my waistcoat. The tweed was 9-10 years old so it took a bit of digging and thanks to him I managed to source a replacement cap to match. Will certainly purchase from Laksen when we I can in future.

Singapore Based: Wonderful experience Laksen Customer Service
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service group at Laksen Sporting. Having seen one of the jackets, and after admiring its design, style, and construction, I ordered one online to be sent to a friend. The tracking details had not come through (likely lost in my spam folder), and I rang to ask for a status on the order. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. He let me know that he was not the person to help me, and within seconds, put me on with an equally nice person. He assured me he would find the details and email me with an update. In less than an hour, he has emailed me with confirmation that the order had successfully been delivered and also provided the DHL tracking details. In his email, he also asked if I "could confirm that the delivery has been well received, just to be fully sure that everything is in place," which is something I have never seen in customer service correspondence. On my end, I confirmed that the jacket has been received and all was indeed in place. Very grateful to the group there for the help, professionalism, and kindness!
