Quick efficient delivery of the best smoked salmon

Excellent product- very tasty but not too strong. delivery as promised.
however the leaves of the D-cut were very difficult to separate whole as the individual slices hds stuck back together- a problem if entertaining

The taste is out of this world good - I like a stronger smoked salmon and the Malvern salt hit the spot!
Two bits of feedback are I went with a 400g - which came as one pack and I should have gone for 2x 200 was enough for a starter for 4 and we ended up eating two days in a row which was a pity, Also I like the bits of paper between slices if that is possible?

But packaging - and most importantly taste - I cannot fault in any way, brilliant

Arguably the best smokery in the world. It made my father so happy to have a supply of his favorite kippers and they're not a shy size either, the smoked cheddar is divine and the salmon jerky is the best snack ever for me as a sailor on long passages. Recommending them worldwide.

For me the Maldon deep smoked salmon is simply the best tasting with a slightly less oily texture which I find the best that I have tried (so far)! Thank you L&J. PS also the smoked mackerel and cheddar is great too.

Really outstanding smoked salmon

Website very tricky to negotiate. Sorry!

Excellent delivery, exceptional produce. Thanks.

Great quality and taste, deep Maldon smoked Royal 😃👍

Wrong delivery details led to a failed delivery, but this company personally phoned me and resent the items for no extra cost. They were delicious and good value.

As always fantastic service and delicious salmon - thank you!

Delicious Gravadlax as always and it arrived very well chilled despite the heat

Product is without doubt superlative and as a regular customer that is why I always return - both in person at Maldon and by mail order. However on this occasion there was a substitution that was not advised or terribly acceptable.

Salmon Jerky - A unique product, and not readily out there in the market to purchase. L&J provide a fine example of this, perfectly presented. 10/10

I have been buying Lambton and Jackson smoked salmon for some ten years now, because it’s far superior to 100g packs from my supermarket and weight for weight just as cheap, so it’s high time I gave it the review it deserves.

I have always purchased the D-sliced Maldon deep cure recipe. If like me, you prefer a real smokiness to your smoked salmon this is the one for you. Consistently great quality, skinless, firm but not dry, moist but not wet, it has a delicate flavour overlain by layers of salty, smokiness that makes it so moreish and set it apart from those flaccid brands marketed by supermarkets and the salmon from other smokeries.

No wonder it is so popular with Michelin starred chefs!

Bought salmon bits, smoked mackerel, salmon jerky and smoked trout slices. All were very moist and succulent, beats the shop bought slime any day of the week. The jerky is to die for. Ordered on Monday, delivered on Wednesday morning, very impressed. Will definitely order again when I run out

Having some of Lambton and Jackson’s smoked salmon in the fridge is a very reassuring sight as I know there is something delicious to share with family and friends available. Perfect in this hot weather too when appetites need to be encouraged. Delicious and delighted with the usual beautifully packed prompt delivery.

Excellent service and product
