I am very upset and disappointed somebody called me straight after the engineer left and I explained that he only changed the one bulb on the extractor fan and I explained the engineer told me the connections were faulty but he just left after changing the one bulb.
When I explained this to the man who called me he told me he would get someone to call and email me back and get the whole extractor fan changed!!
To this day I have not received a call nor an email why are your company liars?!!!
Please can you arrange this?!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying to repair my Lamona Oven for the past 3 months as 2 of the burners are not working. The Customer Service department which seems to be from an Asian country keep booking the repair for a Friday and yet the engineer is only in the area on a Wednesday. I have been taking time off work for an all day appointment and then for no one to turn up is extremely frustrating. When you call their customer service they advise the engineer is on the way. Please do not buy a Lamona brand as the after care service is terrible.

Having paid a fortune for a Howdens Kitchen you would expect the white goods to be of a reasonable standard. I found that spares are equally expensive however the price of a washing machine draw without any of the other parts was extremely expensive. The add to my woes the delivery time was two weeks whereas the the website says next day delivery. The draw including postage was £65. Just so you can see what a rip off the price was I found the same from another company genuine part direct from manufacturers cost £15 including postage.

Had a microwave under warranty which has now stopped working twice. Main problem is with Pacifica repairs which is the company that Lamona use. Difficult to book an appointment, need to be available whole day and then only find out the 3 hour window the evening before. Took me 4 phone calls to book the day that I was free as they kept telling me the date wasn't open more than a week in advance, but each time the operator is only interested in selling you an extended warranty. Needed 2 visits, 1st engineer didn't even check the microwave and went away saying he didn't carry any spare parts. 2nd engineer did fix the problem so I have given this review 3 stars .

My washing machine is still not fixed and the assistant hung the phone up on me! My washing machine is 5 months old and already needs a new programmer and motor! No response to follow ups and no rebooked repair!! Poor poor service do not use

The order was completed very satisfactorily. Helpful asssistance to make sure we ordered the right product. The problem was the delivery. I believe it was due to come to us via Royal Mail. Lamona had sent the message via their website that it was due to arrive in 3 days. When it had not arrived in 18 days, we used the email query and had a same day response. We were then told that the parcel was lost. Arrived via DPD after four more days.

When item turned up it came in a ripped plastic bag and a little toy box! Not happy. The light is second hand and doesn’t work! I’ve been on the phone several times but no one has come back to me . The bulb was £75 which I would like it to be replaced or my money back or I wil take this matter further! Kind regards Adam 07971259186

My new freezer drawer front was desptched promptly
It was quite difficult to remove the old cracked drawer front and fit new new one

Product delivered as expected. Only failure was that despite our paying for overnight delivery, DPD failed to deliver on time. This resulted in our having to delay the engineer to install the part by 24 hours. Not really the suppliers problem but maybe DPD should be made aware that they dropped the ball.

Did not like the length of time it took to receive my refund les over £6 in postage for something that weighed nothing. They received it on 26th April and I got my refund on 5th April.

I ordered a freezer drawer body and front (two separate parts) on 17/03/26. After checking my account online, I found no order visible so I submitted a webform enquiry on 21/03/26. I didn’t receive a response until 24/03, when I was told the order was in the process of being dispatched. It’s also worth noting there’s no phone number to speak to anyone directly, which made things more frustrating.
The drawer body eventually arrived on 29/03, but the front was missing. I chased this again via webform the same day and received a reply on 31/03 stating it was due to be picked that day and dispatched the following day. To their credit, when I raised concerns, they agreed to upgrade the delivery to next day as a gesture of goodwill.
The missing part finally arrived on 04/04 so not quite next day.
Overall, the experience was very slow and communication was limited, with delays at each stage and no easy way to speak to someone directly. However, the issue was eventually resolved, and the goodwill gesture of next day delivery was appreciated.
Additionally I needed some glass shelves for the freezer and didn't want to go through this again so I went directly to the Howdens dealer that provided the kitchen. The parts arrived within 2 days.
