The Greenhouse Shop Avaliações

I purchased a Halls Qube greenhouse + some accessories from The Greenhouse Shop. Their service was exceptional...not only was my order delivered ahead of the quoted lead time, but they organised a replacement glazing panel on the same day that I accidentally broke one. Going above and beyond, they worked with Juliana (owner of Halls) to give me the option of collection the same day which I duly took.

Catherine has always been very polite, professional and responsive. I thoroughly recommend you buy your next greenhouse or accessories from The Greenhouse Shop.

I ordered an Elite Vantage greenhouse and didn’t have to wait as long as I thought for it to be installed by Paul who did a brilliant job. I could not be more delighted with The Greenhouse Shop, Elite Greenhouses or the high standard of installation by Paul
Thank you all so much.

From meeting Catherine at the showroom to final installation, the whole experience was superb. She talked us through all the options in great detail and was so knowledgeable and helpful. The installation performed by Paul was great too. His attention to detail incredible. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you

Great communication from start to finish, friendly, helpful service. Will be ordering again and would recommend to others.

Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From ordering to answering all the questions I had relating to the greenhouse groundwork’s, to ordering extra accessories post purchase of the greenhouse.. The Greenhouse Shop have been exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Caroline for all her help, guidance and encouragement.

I was given plenty of information and advice when I visited the showroom. Was not pressured to buy on the day.
I went home re measured my space and then telephoned to make my purchase.
Catherine recommended Paul to install. He telephoned and explained he would collect the greenhouse when ready and contact me again to arrange a date for installation.
I am very happy with the service and am enjoying my greenhouse.

Catherine was amazing helping us choose our 1st greenhouse. She give us lots of information and advice on what would be best for us. We absolutely love our greenhouse and it’s just perfect for us. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has lots of options for you.

Two years back, we reached out to this company seeking guidance on purchasing a greenhouse. Lyndon was incredibly patient and supportive in addressing all my inquiries. Once we decided to purchase, we reached out to Lyndon again to schedule installation. Throughout the process, Catherine maintained consistent communication and offered great assistance. After enjoying our greenhouse for two years, we can confidently recommend this company. They are not only experts but also delightful to work with. Outstanding customer service!

I thoroughly recommend The Greenhouse Shop & Lancashire Greenhouse Services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was going to write a comprehensive review, but they have outlined everything I would have said, in a post on their page.

My Greenhouse is now featured on their Facebook page.

I couldn't be happier with my new Greenhouse.

The process from beginning to end was everything you could hope for from a supplier, considering it was all accomplished from beginning to end online.

The installers were amazing and made sure they kept me informed as to what they were doing, during the four and a half hours it took them to build it.

It has now started to fill up and I'm really looking forward to the new growing season & for many years to come.

Thank You all 👍

Fabulous company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lyndon installed my Rhino greenhouse perfectly, he absolutely knows what he is doing and I am so pleased we never attempted to put it up ourselves. 100% recommended by me 😊

We contacted this company for advice about buying a greenhouse a couple of years ago. Lyndon was really helpful and patient answering all my questions. We ordered a greenhouse and contacted Lyndon again to book him to install it. Catherine kept in regular contact and was always really helpful and supportive. We've enjoyed the greenhouse for 2 years now and have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are a pleasure to deal with as well as being experts in what they do. Brilliant customer service!
