Hi Elyas,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so glad to hear that you love your new dog and had a smooth process with the previous owners. It’s great to know that this is your second time using our platform and that we could continue to meet your expectations.
As always, we encourage our buyers to verify sellers to ensure peace of mind. If you need any further assistance or have any questions in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Beware of scam listings
We "purchased" a Maltipoo listed on this site. We agreed on price, and set a time and address to pick up the puppy. Got to said address and the poor woman who answered the door had no clue about any dog, had never heard the breeders name. Clearly, a completely fictious post to scam people. DO NOT believe the "our breeders are vetted" bull crap. They clearly are not.

Hi Kurt,
Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear about the experience you had with your Maltipoo purchase. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with such a situation, and we take these matters very seriously.
We always strive to ensure that our breeders are vetted and compliant with our guidelines, but we recognize that scams can sometimes slip through the cracks. If you encountered any fraudulent or misleading listings, we would appreciate it if you could share any relevant details or evidence so we can investigate further. Our goal is to create a safe and reliable platform for both buyers and sellers.
We highly recommend using Pet Payments for added security when purchasing a pet. This service ensures that funds are held securely in escrow until you confirm the pet has been rehomed as agreed, giving both buyers and sellers peace of mind throughout the process.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@lancasterpuppies.com
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Tab was so great and easy to communicate with. She made buying our pup so smooth. We would receive updates on how he was doing until it was time for us to pick him up. After we brought Shadow home she would check in to see how he was doing as well. So thankful for her making this process so easy for us, we couldn’t recommend her enough!

Google AI says it’s a puppy mill
Why when I ask if it’s a puppy mill Google AI even says it’s a puppy mill Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, is frequently cited as the "puppy mill capital" of the United States due to its high concentration of large-scale commercial breeding operations. These facilities are characterized by prioritizing profit over animal welfare, often keeping dogs in cramped, unsanitary conditions with minimal veterinary care

Hi James! Thank you for raising these important concerns about animal welfare. We understand the reputation challenges our region faces, and we take breeder standards very seriously. We work hard to vet all our breeders and only partner with those who meet our welfare requirements. We'd welcome the chance to discuss our standards and inspection processes if you'd like to learn more about how we're working to ensure responsible breeding practices.

We purchased a bichpoo from Mr Miller
We purchased a bichpoo from Mr. Miller the dog had tapeworms. It took a lot of money and time to get rid of them. I believe that these poor puppies are kept in an unsanitary place. I paid full price for him. The puppy is now healthy. I would be aware of purchasing anything for Mr. Allen Miller.

Hi Marttha! We are so sorry to hear about the health issues with your puppy and the additional costs you've faced. No family should have to deal with parasites right after bringing home their new companion. We take breeder standards seriously, and we'd like to investigate this situation with Mr. Miller. Please contact our support team so we can look into this properly and ensure other families don't have similar experiences.

My Son Bought a Mixed Breed Dog On This Site
My son bought a mixed breed dog on this site and we drove many miles to pick it up. For safety we met at a busy gas station, since we were exchanging money for the dog. The puppy seemed healthy, although she threw up her cheap dog food on the way home although her owner said she had not eaten since the day before and it was late afternoon. She is thriving now on a dog appropriate human food diet. She is a great dog, loves other dogs, people and children, and we are very happy with her but she was full of worms when supposedly she was wormed. That is not really a problem to us since we know puppies often have worms and need to be treated a few times, though she had so many we thought she may have never been treated. We do believe her breeder may have been a back yard breeder but that, in our experience, is much better than a puppy mill. This pup, who was about ten weeks when we got her, has turned out fine on an appropriate human food diet.

Hi Sabina! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. We’re really glad to hear your puppy has settled in well and is thriving in her new home. While individual breeder practices can vary, we do encourage all buyers to continue veterinary care after collection, as puppies often require multiple rounds of worming regardless. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are pleased to hear your family is happy with your new addition.
