Land and Planning Specialist’s. Our main focus in securing Land and Planning uplift deals. We have over 10 years experience in securing sites and gaining planning. The company Directors are Ella Hardy and Phil Anderson. Ella Hardy has been a Land Buyer/ Consultant for over 10 years working for some of the biggest developers in the country. Phil Anderson is a Property Entrepreneur, investing in large developments, serviced accommodations and Buy to Lets. Together they have been successful in gaining planning on sites and also building the properties. Land Profits also offer education in the strategy through a Mentorship program. Friendly, open, engaging culture and attitude to business, land deals and within mentorship group. Land profits always openly share their knowledge, experience and resources.
I feel that Ella&Phil lead their business and education primarily because they like & enjoy what they do which is so contageos. They are constantly switched on about land opportunities.
It's 100% what I was looking for!

These guys are really good
These guys are really good, have a lot of knowledge on land and development. I’m part of the land profit training course only been doing for 3 weeks and I’ve learned so much. The guides are very simple. Ella is always available, her work ethic is something that I can really learn from. Also a great community around who are very knowledgeable.
