We had a lot of fun and lost a few balls in ping pong Joyce gave us some amazing healing potions ( Icy water) thank u so much!!

Overpriced. Poor customer service. Ridiculous spinning disco balls in your face while trying to bowl. Staff advised its above their pay grade to unplug the disco ball. How very unfortunate.

After bowling in lane 7 in Bristol I discovered my coat had been taken. I reported this to the staff, who examined the cctv and recovered the coat. (It had been taken by accident)

DO NOT GO TO PLAY DIRTY VICTORIA!!!!Went to the Victoria location with colleagues for work christmas Do. We were firstly told the cloak room wasn't open, on a Saturday afternoon, so we have to carry our coats and bags with us through the tight arcade. We were given a brief instruction on how to use our cards etc and then started playing the games. Only one game fully worked, there were no instructions on each of the games so you didn't know when or if you were involved in the games. They didn't limit the numbers who could enter the arcade so most of the time was spent waiting to play the games! It only took us 20 minutes to get through all the games. When we complained to the members of staff, they told us there was nothing they could do and we would just have to leave feedback on the website, which we did yet we have not received a response!

The staff are rude, takes about 40 mins to queue and set up a single game. You get to the front of the queue and the staff at the games desk will stand around talking for 5 mins before serving you. There is no communication between staff at all which makes the whole experience boring, all you do is wait around for a staff member. It’s extremely overpriced, especially considering you’re waiting around more than actually playing the games.

I went to the Milton Keynes venue today with my two children, 11 and 13. We all actually had a really good time, the games were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The reason for my low scores are as follows: there is hardly any seating anywhere, so if you have any mobility issues and need to sit regularly, but want it be with your group, better to avoid. The seats for the bowling were so far away they were pointless. The darts were cheap and we spent so much time putting them back together. To book games individually it’s ridiculously expensive but to buy a pass, 30 minutes for some things really just wasn’t long enough. Plus when you book they say 30 minutes for bowling but they actually mean 1 game, it took us 15 minutes. Plus it doesn’t tell you, you only have time to play 4 things when you get an unlimited pass as you only get 2 hours. We really enjoyed the darts though, the system made it so fun and I was able to send myself the photos and videos. The smoke when you get a strike was great fun too. Shame it’s so expensive, it makes it so much less accessible regularly.

Booked the ‘all in’ package for my son and his friends as a birthday treat and they loved it. It was fun, cool, lots of different things for them to do. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks!
