As I'm writing this, I haven't quite completed the house move yet.

That being said the service I have had from Tom and Rhianna has been very professional, knowledgeable and absolutely spot on. Tom especially, has been giving great impartial advice and has spent a considerable amount of time to get products switched with the change in interest rates.

We are first time buyers and both Tom and Rhianna have been absolutely fantastic and have made the whole process of a mortgage application completely stress free! After discussing my circumstances I was told i can get a certain amount for mortgage and got me their company's mortgage in principle. After search for a while my offer was accepted. I called there was no answer and sent an email. I was told after 3 days that she's not in the office so her colleague will assist me from there. It caused a week delay by promising me she would find me a mortgage but in the end I had to go for a different broker.
