I received an email saying my ordered product was out of stock and to respond as to whether I wanted to wait or get a refund… I responded for a refund as I had reordered elsewhere. The items were then later sent and I still have no refund. I have returned the items 25th January.

I ordered Rats tests, and they had already expired when I got them, and am still waiting for a promised refund.

Fast efficient and accurate service - everytime!

This was a repeat order for a number of lanyards ribbons with clips. I made phone contact as there was a slight problem with the website. I spoke to a gentleman who made the process very easy. It is a specific colour of lanyard and I’m very grateful to the lanyard factory for its supply.

Short expiry date product (Covid Rapid Antigen Test Kits) with only 2 months prior to exp. Emailed and ZERO response. Will never use this company again. Online buyers BEWARE

My lanyards were returned to sender and didn't make it back to me before the event date I required them for.

To your benefit you did offer a refund.

Easy to deal with, quality items and fast delivery

I will never buy from this company again. They lied that they use AusPost 3-5 days shipping only to send my package with Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers). Bought stuff 2 Weeks sgo and the package is stuck with Aramex (Fastway Couriers) and the event is tomorrow. I will never buy from them again.
