Sorted our trip this week. What won me over was everything being atol protected and the price being the price, no surprise extras added at the end like a couple of the other quotes we got. Kids are beside themselves already.

Booked for the 12th December after seeing them mentioned on a mumsnet thread. What sold it for me was the small group thing, I'd been looking at one of the bigger operators and the idea of being on a coach with 50 other families put me right off. Torassieppi looks properly remote which is what we wanted. Angela dealt with our bookings and was really down to earth about it all.

Good so far. Deposit paid, monthly payment plan setup which really helps spreading the cost. Only small thing was it took a couple of days to get the initial quote back but they did say 1-2 working days so fair enough. Can't wait now.

Just had our booking confirmation through and its properly thorough. Flight time, transfer info, what’s included day by day, a packing guide for the kids. We’re going early December for our daughters 5th birthday which falls during the trip and they have noted that down too, said they’d flag it with resort. Now just the long wait until then!

Booked yesterday for a 4-night trip. The website itself really clears which made a nice change. Most Lapland sites I looked at hide the price or make you ring up before they tell you everything. Sign up for the payment plan so we can spread it out till the autumn.

I was worries about taking a 3 year old and a 6 year old somewhere that cold for 4 days, and honestly the team were brilliant about it. We had a long email back and forth where they explained the thermal clothing being provided on arrival, what the cabins are like and how the days are paced for younger ones. They talked me out of adding the snowmobile evening bit because our youngest probably wouldn't last, which I thought was really decent of them given they could've just taken the extra money. Still a good few months until we go but the booking side has been smooth and I feel like we're in safe hands. Just need the time to pass now! The 6 year old is already obsessed with huskies.

Rang up a bit clueless about which package to go for and came off the phone 30 mins later with a plan that worked for our budget. Thanks again!

Just finished booking our trip for feb half term. Whole process has been really easy. Lady on the phone was so patient with all my questions about what our 4 year old would and wouldn't be able to do. No pushy sales stuff at all just proper honest answers

I was worried that 4 days in the freezing cold would absolutely ruin our 3 year old lol. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who actually talked me out of booking an extra evening excursion so we could have some downtime. Nice to see a company not just after every penny!

Just paid our deposit for Dec! I was on the phone for half an hour badgering them with a million questions about the coach transfers and the cabins (sorry!). Angela was an absolute saint and really put up with me. Can't wait for winter now ❄️
