The pleasant surprise for me was their thorough professional and empathetic attitude when despite my fault of ordering and receiving the wrong battery, they not only returned the wrong battery on very first contact but parcelled the next one immediately with no delay. Not only that but also returned me the expenses for courier of the wrong battery. Very impressive.

I contacted them through whatsapp, and was a bit concerned since it's too difficult to get a trusted seller thede days, but after receiving the laptop fan, which was not available to any of the other vendors, and installing it in my laptop, I was completely satisfied with their service and product quality.
