0 stars if I could. Same as all the other reviews. This is a scam company selling cheap good from China. Wait ages for the item and then I didn’t even bother trying it on. Not like the advertised picture, cheap material and terrible quality. Have to email to request a refund and receive a copy & paste email back offering 35% refund or pay the return fees to have it tracked shipped to China. Don’t buy anything from this website.

Terrible. Was sold a top that was supposed to be rrp £98…down to about £34.
Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. The quality is appalling. Cheap polyester. I won’t even wear it.
Thought I was buying from uk but just imported cheap tat from China!
Do not use this company!!!

Total garbage. Misleading photos look nothing like the garbage that turns up. Basically a print of the actually jumper on a shiny cheap material.

Utterly appalling service. Took FOREVER to receive the items I'd ordered, despite 2 attempts to contact them to get an update. Eventually the package arrived, and the clothing is really shoddy quality. So immediately within 10 minutes of opening it, I wanted to return it. Apparently you have to email them to get the process back in writing. Then when they reply, they offer you 35% refund and to keep the item, because to return it will cost more money than I think due to international postage. The returns address on the package is a UK address.... I have just replied and pointed this out to them, and suspect I won't get a reply. I would NEVER recommend this online store to anyone... in fact, I would actively advise people to avoid it at all costs. Just terrible.

Bad experience - I bought a jumper, delivery took longer than expected, had to chase a couple of times. Once received, it was not what I was expecting, poorly made and ill fitting.
There was no return slip in the package despite the website offering returns within 30 days. I sent a few emails asking about how to return and eventually got a reply. I was offered 35% refund and could keep the item. I asked to send back for full refund was eventually sent a return slip. Returns need to be sent back to China! This explains why the item took so long to get here. This is not clear anywhere on the website. This would have cost me same amount as item so without any other choice I had to settle for the 35% refund for quite frankly the most disappointing item I think I've ever bought online. I wish I'd read these other reviews before buying. I am an ardent supporter of small businesses, running one myself. But this is bad service and needs to be called out.

The products are not as they appear in photos. Should be described as 100% synthetic. A poor quality item which took ages to arrive.

Do not buy anything from these frauds. Garments are nothing like they look like on the website. Horrible quality - website states 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied but they lie and tell you they can offer only 35% refund because they are 'winding down operations' - they even tell you to keep the product as their centre is not accepting returns - probably not the case they don't want them back because of how crap they are - absolutely awful and charge so much - daylight robbery it is. Avoid and report them so no one buys from them ever.

Not a UK site, despite London tag. Poor quality , ill fitting dress arrived . If you want to return you have to pay postage to China, otherwise you get a third of the cost refunded. Can't find that information anywhere on this site. AVOID like the plague

I should have checked Trust Pilot, my mistake.
I ordered what looked like a nice cool summer dress, I received an oblong shapeless thing with sleeves made out of polyester, its disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered three items. Normally I check to see where items ship from but in this case I did not.
They took weeks to arrive and were squashed into the smallest possible flimsy parcel.
Given this dubious start, I was not surprised to find the items were Asian sizing, so very small indeed, and the fabric was cheap and nasty.
I then check the returns policy, which of course asks for photos, expects you to jump through various hoops and then to pay to send them back to China.
When they finally replied to my emails, they offered me 20% refund.

This company is not in London! That is important for UK shoppers. It advertises 30 day refunds- BUT they dont tell you that you have to return it to China at your own cost! They are unscrupulous. DO NOT get taken in. I bought a gorgeous looking blouse- it was cheap synthetic material and not sized correctly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or any other company without checking their reviews on TRUST PILOT!

Do not buy from this site! Ordered a lovely linen top and received a polyester & spandex monstrosity - plus style & colour totally different too.

First time I have been ‘scammed’ into buying something on my Facebook feed and I will not be doing it again!
Looks great in the pic but the reality is a cheap, shiny bit of rubbish then when you look to return you have to ship back to china, and track parcel. Do I swallow being down £34 or risk being down £50. I feel like an idiot, don’t fall into the same trap!

£34.95 for a jumper that looked fantastic in the photos but arrived, as is the cheapest material known to mankind. Its thin, slippery and looks like I made it myself. Note to self - do not buy of Instagram shops again!

I wouldn't give this away. Dreadful.

This company is a sham. They send out their clothes from China and they are of extremely poor quality. Not as seen in the photos, thin slimy material is used. They won’t offer a refund either. Do not buy from this company.
