Went down to buy a carpet for bedroom…
Went down to buy a carpet for bedroom .stairs and landing .sales person and experience in the showroom fantastic. But cant be said for the carpet fitter. Carpet laid fantastic .but the mess left .offcuts bagged and left in bedroom. And all the fluff and bits from cutting not even vacuumed up. 115 quid just for fitting you'd think they would hoover up after themselves.

We would always expect the room to be left tidy. It is current standard practise to leave the offcuts after all its carpet you've paid for, and in the past we have had people upset that we have taken it. I will share your comments with them team.

Great customer service
Great customer service, friendly and helpful. The carpet we bought from them for our bedroom is fantastic quality and looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them in the future. Probably very near future as we need the hall stairs and landing re-carpeted

Top quality from start to finish!
Ive bought from Larry Speare numerous times and had brilliant service from start to finish every time. Staff are brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone.
