Following months of cancelled appointments and failure to deliver a prepaid treatment package, I formally contacted Laser Clinics requesting a resolution.
I have received no response whatsoever.
This comes after repeated issues with unavailable staff, cancelled sessions, and unfulfilled promises to fix the situation. The complete lack of communication at this stage shows a serious disregard for customers.
A company that takes payment upfront but fails to deliver the servicr, and then ignores formal complaints, cannot be considered reliable.
Proceed with extreme caution when booking prepayed treatments here.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Laser Clinics UK, particularly the Cambridge clinic.

As a paying customer, I do not feel I have been treated professionally or fairly. I have been chasing responses for over 3 weeks and have still not received proper communication or a clear resolution.

I contacted the clinic directly multiple times, as well as Online Support, the Refunds Team and Compliance. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly redirected between departments, received generic copy-and-paste responses, or no response at all from the clinic itself.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of accountability and communication. It should not take weeks for a paying customer to receive a meaningful response, especially when the company’s website states enquiries are usually answered within 48 hours.

Overall, the experience has been stressful, time-consuming and very disappointing from a customer service perspective.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year now and honestly Samantha is the best!!!! Keep up the good work Samantha!

I’ve used the laser clinic twice for hydrofacials. The service has been great with friendly staff going the extra mile. I’m also Happy with the results of hydrofacial.

They have stopped answering the phone. Consequently, I was unable to book my appointment for a few weeks. The hair grew. I shaved my legs but obviously I did not have visibility at the upper back of my legs. Therefore, they did not include the treatment and I will have to rebook and repay for 1/4 of the legs.

Amy, the Injector, was adept, proficient, and very gentle.
All the staff members were helpful and a delight!

Unpleasant and uncomfortable.

The latest experience I had was really bad, the person doing it was so indifferent, which I wouldn't really care if she had done a good job. I feel like I wasted my money. The people working there have always been a bit unfriendly, but at least I was happy with the work they did. That wasn't the case this time...

Loved my treatment as usual.
Especially loved the new staff (I forgot to get her name) who did my treatment yesterday. Such a gem.

Laser clinics UK provides affordable and quality laser hair removal services. The staff is super kind, knowledgeable and helpful, specially Karen and everyone else I meet at the reception. I highly recommend their services. Keep up the great work!

I had a really amazing experience at Laser Clinics, Cambridge with Samantha! She really took the time to hear my concerns and give me the best treatment possible! She was super patient and friendly throughout my treatments and I couldn’t be more happy with my results! Highly recommend!!

The online booking system had double booked me, but after explaining I had travelled a long way for my appointment, they were very accommodating and were able to fit me in. The laser therapist was very informative and kept checking I was okay as it was my first appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Laser clinics Cambridge

Been visiting the Laserclinics Cambridge for a couple of months now. They provide a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. I had a very bad past experience with laser in the past; burnt my face. Laserclinics Cambridge staff have really won my heart with their amazing care- can’t believe I have upgraded from one part of the body, to two more due to the positive experience with them.

Second time I have been to the clinic and I love the treatments and professionalism

I am so unhappy with their last service .You paying a lot of money for a job to be done and they don’t even care

My first time ever getting laser and at first I was really nervous, the girl who did my laser made me feel comfortable, the service was just great and I would 100% recommend to any first timers!

I’ve been coming here for about two years, and most of my experiences have been excellent. There were only one or two times when I felt slightly unhappy due to the staff rushing or not paying enough attention to detail during the laser session, but I still found those situations acceptable. Unfortunately, this time was different.

During this visit, I could barely feel anything, and each shot felt spaced too far apart. I felt the area wasn’t covered properly. My main focus area is my upper lip, and I normally receive around 6–7 shots, but this time I only received 4—and with noticeably lower power.

On top of that, the staff didn’t even clean off the white guidelines on my face before applying moisturizer and expected me to leave like that. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this session.
