The last time I visited LCA, I was looked after by Marnie, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and the way she carried out the treatment was truly impressive. She’s incredibly gentle, calming, and professional in her approach. I feel very lucky to have found her, she made the entire experience such a positive one.

I have been taking services from Laser Clinic Werribee and have had great experience thus far. Beth was my laser hair removal therapist two times. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, informed me every time she was approaching the area she was doing laser on. She is amazing at her job. Thank you, Beth, for your professionalism and great attitude.

Terrible customer service, don’t want to assist customers at all! Dear customers please don’t waste your time and money!

I've always had the best experience with Laser Clinics Werribee every since I was a customer in 2020, and the clinicians who had done my sessions have always had good bed side manners as they reassure you and guide you through the process especially when some of the treatments gets painful, and they had good technique in carrying out the laser and skin treatments.

But TODAY, I had the most unpleasant and unhappy experience with one of the clinicians as I felt that a certain clinician was brash and ungentle in doing the skin treatment on my face.

Furthermore, that certain clinician were more focused on selling the products (which, by the way, I keep on buying the products and package treatment) and rather arrogant in her tonality.

Such a letdown.

Though this does not reflect most of the clincians as most are lovely, I do hope Laser Clinics Werribee train better some of their staff in bedside manners.

I bought the laser hair removal package and I am very happy with the results. After only 2 sessions I already saw a lot of improvements and no hair regrowth for most of the areas. All the girls who are following me were always kind and accommodating. The best gift I could ever give to myself.

Had a very positive experience with Marnie at the Werribee clinic who was my laser hair removal therapist. Marnie was informative, let me know when she was approaching known sensitive areas and made me feel comfortable. Marnie respectfully shared a product to treat my dry feet from chemist warehouse and as we finished a little early took me there to show me. A truly positive experience from start to finish I can’t promote her enough.
