I've had my first laser hair removal session. I was very nervous, Jen has made it easy for me. She made me feel comfortable and eased me throughout the session. Thank you

Today I had my first session of full body laser hair removal and for someone who was quite anxious and nervous, Jen made me feel absolutely relaxed and comfortable. I was kept well informed of the pre and post processes and the communication through email, messages and calls has been excellent!

I have been getting laser hair removal at Laser Lounge for the past year and I absolutely love it. Jen is great and makes me feel super comfortable, I look forward to my appointments and always recommended Laser Lounge to my friends and family.

Absolute 10/10 laser hair removal treatment from Jen. Shes absolutely amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I have dark thick hair and after the treatments I now no longer have to live with ingrown hairs from shaving.

Professional from start to finish. Amazing service and even better results! I’m looking forward to my next session with Jen!

I have always had an issue with leg hair, literally had stubble a few hours later ..I always envied my friends who could manage to have smooth legs for the majority of a holiday where I had rashes from shaving morning and night .. after lots of research online I finally took the plunge and booked in for laser hair removal at the laser lounge.. and wow how it’s changed my life .. i have completed 6 sessions of laser and whilst I still have to shave my legs it’s nothing like it was , the hair is fine and patchy and I don’t need to think about shaving half as much .. the price of bundles are competitive and the best around and the laser it’s self is the best one to use .. I was always informed that I may not get full hair loss after 6 session which was truthful and I respected as after doing the research I found other companies would promote this and not live up to their expectations.. honestly I think another 4 sessions will completed get rid of my hair and I will be looking to do in the future however the results I now have I could live with ..the girls are professional and put you at ease .. on top of that the location is easy to get to and not as stressful in comparison to going into Manchester City centre and gives you the opportunity to have smooch around the quays too !

Great service and lovely staff. I was given all the information I needed and was made to feel very comfortable during the process. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service, as someone not particularly clued up on skin specifics I felt incredibly looked after. Really looking forward to my next consultation

I started electrolysis treatment from May 2022. Lucie is very friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose The laser lounge media city for my electrolysis treatment and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly atmosphere at the laser lounge, felt completely comfortable and happy with treatments

Laser lounge offers fantastic customer service, professional, welcoming and friendly. I have had laser hair removal, I was so impressed by the results that I rebooked some block sessions of face resurfacing treatments, I found this really relaxing, some warm tingling but nothing too uncomfortable, some redness for about an hour afterwards but then your good to go. No downtime. I will definitely be back to try some more treatments.

Great service and friendly team. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Laser has been life changing for me, I tried so hard to find the right company that made me feel comfortable and welcoming and Lucie and her team have done just that. I really struggled with my facial hair and now you would never of thought I had it. I really would recommend laser lounge to everyone ! X

I could not recommend the laser lounge enough!
