Absolutely awful shambolic experience. If I could have given minus stars I would have. We booked a birthday party here. There was absolutely no organisation involved.They said you weren’t supposed to stay to supervise but honestly If you didn’t you couldn’t guarantee safety. Children could be left to wander around or even leave the premises. Nobody would have noticed. Poorly trained and inadequate numbers of staff. Poor attitude from staff. Unable to carry out their basic duties. This is down to poor or no management.Whoever owns and runs this business needs to have a very close look at how it’s run. Taking large amounts of money and providing absolutely nothing in return. We were more than willing to assist wherever necessary however you don’t expect to have to run it all yourself. Terrible food slippery floor area. Rationing of cups & fruit juice took ages for the children to even get their drinks. Luckily we had extra foods available.
Rushing through the party to pack in as many numbers as possible. Waiting with a black sack to clear the table even though we had only just sat the children down to eat.
I feel that on this day there must have been breaches of health and safety laws. As there were double bookings made.So serious overcrowding. The children were promised VR headsets that never materialised. Parents please do not waste your money on a party here. I am absolutely disgusted with this business taking good money from people and providing absolutely nothing. DISGRACEFUL.

Unsafe! Awful customer services.
We booked over Christmas for 2 games, and it was so crowded with birthday parties, we had to sit on the floors as there was no waiting area with seats.
Toilet was out of order so had to go upstairs on these extremely dangerous slippery stairs, my son fell and could have had a bad accident.
We arrived 30 minutes early and our booking was 16 minutes late so had to wait on the floor for 46 minutes.
As they were running late we asked if we could have a refund for the second game and the manager kindly agreed and told me they would email me the next day with the refund.
Next 2 days no contact.
I emailed a few teams and eventually got a reply from a different manager refusing a refund which I'd been promised!!
Offered a voucher for another game but there is no way I would want to go back to Laser Quest.

Still no refund!
