It's not $99, it's $139. False advertising and poor construction.
The quality of the hair was decent, but they sent faulty products. The clips weren't sown on the wefts properly and they've seen the review I left and decided to reach out. They are more concerned with having bad reviews than fixing the issue at hand. Dont buy this nonsense it's not worth it. They also lied that it's $99 for bundles.

We also understand your frustration with the pricing mention. Please allow us to clarify: our advertised $99 price refers to select styles and lengths, and prices do vary depending on the specific product. We apologize if this was not made clear on our website.
That said, we want to be transparent about the steps we have already taken to resolve your issue:
1.A full refund has already been issued to you.
2.A return label was also sent so you could return the faulty items to us at no cost to you.
We are not simply trying to remove a bad review – we genuinely want to resolve the issue. However, in order for us to complete the return process, we do need you to ship the items back using the return label we provided. Once we receive the return, we will consider the matter fully closed.
We understand your frustration and again apologize for the poor experience. If you have any trouble locating the return label or need further assistance, please contact us directly , and we will be happy to help.

Exceeded my expectations
Exceeded my expectations. My natural hair is to middle of my back. It was to costly to get someone to braid it so I said I would give it a go doing the braid in nethod. I got the 18" and used 2 pieces in each med/large miracle knot braid. I ordered 2 bundles & had hair left over. Oh did I mention I dyed it a black cherry color to match my hair. Quick early delivery

The weft construction looks sturdy, and the strands respond nicely to heat tools without excessive frizz. Some bundles had slightly more tangling than expected after a full day of wear, but detangling was straightforward with a good wide-tooth comb.Texture and versatility,The texture blends well with a range of natural hair types, and you can achieve a variety of looks—from straight to soft waves. It’s easy to customize with minimal shedding when washed and conditioned properly. Maintenance and longevity’s,With proper care (gentle washing, sulfate-free products, and air drying), the hair maintained its softness and bounce. The color remained true to tone after a few weeks of wear. Price and value**: Given the quality of Remi hair, the price is reasonable. It’s not the absolute premium option, but you’re getting a reliable product that performs well for everyday wear and occasional styling sessions.Cons to note**: A minor downside is that the initial order sometimes includes slight inconsistencies in curl pattern across bundles. I will never order from this website again. I ordered the hair on March 4 and it was not shipped until April 8th and delivered in April 13th. I ordered 2 packs of 18 inch clip ins and was given 16 inch without any compensation for the length reduction! I spoke with “support” several times. I was told I would be given a 20% off coupon and was only given 10%. This company is a joke. The only positive feedback I have is the color quality of the clip ins was nicely done on the highlight set. That is it. The clip ins are extremely thin. Save your money and order from a better hair service provider.

2.Incorrect length (16" instead of 18") – This was our mistake, and we should have notified you and offered compensation immediately.
3.Discount code issue – You were promised 20% off but received only 10%. That was an error on our part, and we sincerely regret the confusion it caused.
We also hear your concern about the thinness of the clip-ins. While our 16" bundles typically match the described weight and volume, we understand that your expectations were not met, especially after receiving a shorter length than ordered.
What we will do to make this right:
1.We will refund the difference in value between the 16" and 18" lengths based on the current price on our website.

bought clip-ins they were packaged well, the hair is soft with no offensive smells. They appear to have little to no shedding and the tracks look well crafted. I can't wait to install them.

First off the pricing is the best on the market and the hair quality is great . Absolutely needs to be washed before using; but once it does it’s the softest and prettiest and bless so effortlessly in my hair even I can tell where the clip ins are! So glad I found this website !
