I had accidently ordered the door opposite hand and whilst the door was reversible, the lock and thumbscrew were on the wrong side. I rang Latham's technical support team and explained the situation to John. He explained how to reverse the handle and dispatched a new compatible thumbscrew lock. Great quality door, no issues with delivery, very helpful technical support and great service all round .

I was do delighted to have come across the Latham's Fire Exit Door website that had a door to match the opening size of my previous door and then the couriers and the way it was packaged were so incredible. I managed, against all the odds against to fit the door single-handed and it fitted like a glove! Thank you Latham's for your exemplary customer service.
