I enrolled in LaunchED Global because I wanted a structured way to learn Java and Data Structures & Algorithms without feeling overwhelmed by the huge amount of content available online. Since I was starting from the basics, I found the course helpful in building a foundation. The instructors explained Java concepts like OOP, collections, exception handling, and basic DSA topics in a way that was easy to understand, and the live sessions gave me the opportunity to ask questions whenever I got stuck.

One thing I appreciated was that the course encouraged regular coding practice instead of just watching lectures. The assignments and coding exercises pushed me to think logically, and I gradually became more comfortable solving problems. The mentors were generally supportive and tried to guide students whenever doubts came up. I also found the resume and interview preparation sessions useful because they gave me an idea of what companies usually expect from freshers.

That said, I realized very quickly that no course can do all the work for you. If you don't practice consistently outside the classes, it's difficult to improve your problem-solving skills. I spent additional time solving problems on LeetCode and reading Java documentation, and that extra practice made a much bigger difference than simply attending the sessions. The course gave me direction, but my progress depended on the effort I put in every day.

I also think it's important for anyone considering the program to read the syllabus carefully, understand exactly what is included, and verify the internship, placement assistance, and refund policies before enrolling. Training programs can provide learning resources, mentorship, and guidance, but they cannot guarantee internships or jobs. It's always better to join with realistic expectations and focus on developing strong technical skills.

Overall, my experience with LaunchED Global was positive because it helped me build confidence in Java and introduced me to DSA in a structured manner. I wouldn't say it's a magic solution, but for beginners who need guidance, accountability, and a clear learning path, it can be a good starting point. In the end, your success depends much more on your consistency, practice, and willingness to keep learning than on any single course.

i had a disappointing experience with Launched Global.

I received an email about their internship program in my official university email account, which made me believe the opportunity was related to my MBA program. I filled out their inquiry form, and their team later contacted me by phone.

During the call, I specifically asked whether the internship was mandatory for completing my MBA. I was told that it was mandatory and that the payment deadline was the same day. I even asked whether I could first confirm this with my university and make the payment the following day, but I was told I needed to pay immediately to avoid missing the deadline. Based on this information, I paid ₹7,000.

The next day, after confirming with my university, I learned that the internship was not mandatory. I immediately contacted Launched Global and requested a refund, explaining that I had made the payment based on the information provided during the call.

Unfortunately, my refund request was declined. Despite following up for several weeks, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution, and eventually my emails went unanswered.

The team is incredibly supportive and approachable, ensuring that employees, interns, and students always have the guidance they need. Leadership is transparent, encouraging innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement. The work environment is fast-paced yet positive, offering numerous opportunities to take ownership and build real skills.

Completed a DS course from them a few days ago, was very helpful as I got to learn from the basics. It was personally helpful as I got to build projects as well. Would def recommend if you want to learn something from the very basics.
