⚠️ My honest experience with Launch X431 purchase ⚠️

I bought the 2023 Launch X431 PRO5 Global version from this seller for €1,149. At first everything seemed fine, but when the device broke down I was extremely disappointed with the after-sales support.

Instead of providing proper warranty service, I was simply told to “look for local support.” That means no real help, no repair, no replacement, and no responsibility from the seller.

For such an expensive professional diagnostic tool, this level of support is unacceptable. A customer should not be left alone after spending more than €1,000.

Because of this bad experience, I decided not to risk again with Launch and now I am switching to Autel, where I expect proper warranty and after-sales service.

If you are considering buying from here, be very careful. The product may arrive, but do not expect reliable warranty or after-sales support. Once you have a problem, you are on your own.

first time when you buy, they are polite, they answer questions. after you buy, products arrive verry late (2 months and a half for some products). they dont answer anymore on whatsapp. and offer NO Real Warranty!! My launch unit died after 8 months, no answer on what to do, no reply, no nothing. dont buy from them! they are scammers!

Ive been trying to get hold of the support for months!
Im rarely getting an answer and even if i get to hear anything in response its 90% of the time the very same I already got!
Support communication is the worst ive ever experianced, its absurd how i almost need to start begging to get some help.
Very disappointing!

J'ai acheté un appareil sur leur site, 6 mois après il ne fonctionnait plus, pour la réparation j'ai du prendre en charge le retour et l'envoi de la réparation soit un total de 100€ pour un produit valant 400€...
Un appareil de 400€ qui tombe en panne au bout de 6 mois suite à des défauts de construction et dont je dois prendre en charge les frais de transport je trouve ça inadmissible... à fuir

Escroquerie, malgré un paiement sur le site une erreur est mentionnée alors que le paiement a été fait par bancontact.
Ils répondent par mail en indiquant ne pas avoir reçu le paiement malgré les preuves envoyées avec le débit du compte.
Le paiement est parti vers Singapour.
