Worst experience. Clothes not delivered after promised time and date even when they are ready. No CC support. No way to communicate to CC

Pathetic service by Laundrokart. Donot choose this service. It has been 2 weeks and a delivery which was supposed to be done by 5 days is now on its 14th day. There is no response by the company. I keep calling and asking but no reply. Not sure what has happened or where is my carpet!!!! Pathetic and very disappointed.

Stole all the laundry worth 20k+. I've lodged a police complaint.

Consider it to be 0 star.. extremely bad service.. have raised a request for garment pick up under their 5 star service and it’s been 2 days, nobody has either come to collect the clothes nor contacted. When called their customer support as expected nobody answered..

Terrible work. I gave a brand new white carpet for cleaning and got back a dirty grey one. I sent it back and they returned it after 2 more months. Now it is a dirty dark grey in colour.

I have bought this carpet for Rs. 20000.
Let me know when you will pay me this money.

This business has pathetic customer care service. They will most likely loose all your laundry and then will be unresponsive to your enquiries or provide you with any resolution over this. Also they are extremely unprofessional with their delivery and service quality.

They have lost my blanket and telling that might have been delivered to someones else. Can anyone tell me what can be done in thos case .i wrote a letter to their owner

Pathetic service. There dont have a proper customer care service, no proper delivery schedule. They pi led up my laundry on 18th and promised a return on 21st. Its 6th of the next month still my cloth are not delivered.
Very undeserving to be called a 5 star service when you could not even call and update upon the delay or atleast keep a proper call centre.

They just spoiled my expensive saree. Yesterday I got my saree after so many follow ups. They basically don’t know anything about dryclean . Instead of dryclean they just bleached the saree and spoiled the saree . In their Facebook page there is is no option to post the saree pictures otherwise I would have post all the pictures. These people are very clever and that’s why they didn’t left any options where you can show your proof. I should have read the reviews in Google before I gave the 2 nd chance. I gave them a second chance but this time they just spoiled the saree. I literally got panicked after seeing the saree as it’s someone’s saree which I sent for dryclean. Trust me better you go for our old fashioned dry cleaners shop.these chain business don’t know anything but because of our convinces we trust them and they take advantage of our situation.Now I repentant why didn’t I go out & gave the saree to my old dry cleaner shop . It might took 1 hr to reach his shop but I would have avoided this situation what I’m facing now.

If there was review worse than 1 , I will give that. They dont give you receipt, dont pick calls. Its been a week since promised delivery date, and no response. I will complain to customer complaint forum to ensure these people dont run a business like this !!

I paid more than Rs.600 just for tax. Not sure what type gold i got cleaned from these people. I been regular customer of 5asec, they never charged so much just tax. instead calculating tax on over all amount every single service has been taxed separately. Never seen this type stupid service before. First and the last time i using this stupid service.

All the good reviews are fake! Please do not believe this app, Absolute trash app! They take you clothes and it never returns !! No proper customer care, no proper customer service, wrote emails repeatedly but it went unanswered. They do not even pick up the customer care number. Tried for 2 days but no revert! PATHETIC, TERRIBLE, TRASH APP

My experience with Laundrokart is extremely bad. I gave 12 pieces of curtains for dry wash. A month later, they brought my curtains. My outer curtains looked hand-washed and improperly ironed. They were completely wrinkled. The delivery man took four pieces back because he himself was ashamed that they were so poorly done. When I called Bharath, the point person, he apologized and promised to return them in a couple of days fully and properly ironed. It's almost five weeks since this promise was given, we have not received them. The total bill is rupees 5777. I'm not sure if they mean what they claim in the website. I am disappointed!

Quite a disappointing experience. We gave clothes in separate bags. One for wash and fold, and one for wash and iron. This we wrote clearly in the order sheet. They managed to switch the bags and washed/ironed the wrong items. One would think they maybe double-check before ironing underpants and leaving nice shirts crumbled. Their representive then tried to make it seem its our mistake, even when the order sheet clearly mentioned everything in detail. Plus they charge bra’s seperately, but still they managed to break the underwire. The customer service number is not reachable aswell.
Avoid.

They don’t stick to their delivery timings and the most frustrating part is they don’t update you anything. I was supposed to receive my blazer given for dry cleaning on 15th between 12.00 to 14.00. And I finally received it on 17th. During this period I had to call several times to check the status and everytime they verbally tell you a slot that they can’t stick to. Moreover you have to dial their number multiple times before you can successfully connect.
Quality of service is not bad. However in terms of punctuality and transparency Laundrakart is zero.

@laundrokart how much have you paid @trustpilot to write fake reviews for you? It been 10days and all your numbers are temporarily closed after taking my expensive jackets n blankets for dry wash. I will take you to the police! You fraud!!
