I've been working full time in this industry for 12 months now and I have been through 3 servicing companies so far. LaundryTec are the only company that come out within 24 hours and actually fix the issue.
Since there annual service in September we have not had a single machine breakdown. Before this they were breaking down every couple of weeks, costing us dearly.

Our last service provider used to take weeks to sorce parts Lavamac have so far completed any repair and service needed within a few days. With most issues resolved on the first visit. The requirement for Laundry machine supply and support was significant and LaundryTec for me were the "go to" company. Safety, equipment service, machine longevity and highly focused customer service are top if their agenda, as is technical expertise. I would not use any other Laundry machine supplier!

Jeremy provided an excellent solution to a new laundry in a care home where we did not want to use any gas appliances. The installation went all according to plan and the laundry is working well. Service agreements are also available to ensure our homes are well maintained and always operating as they should.
