I’ve ordered from Laura Bond multiple times over the years, and every single experience has been exceptional. The jewellery is beautifully made, unique, and always exceeds my expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship.
This time, I was devastated to discover that I’d fallen in love with a pair of earrings that had been discontinued. I emailed in the hope that there might be a pair tucked away somewhere, and Emma went above and beyond to help. She took the time to search for remaining stock, managed to locate the last two earrings, and contacted me straight away so I could place my order.
It’s rare to receive customer service that feels so personal and genuinely caring. Emma’s communication was fantastic throughout!
Laura Bond consistently delivers not only beautiful, high-quality jewellery but also customer service that is second to none. It’s exactly why I keep coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery that’s a little bit special.

I love love love Laura Bond jewellery.❤️. It's really difficult to find interesting piercing jewellery designs in solid gold. She has catalogue of designs to suit every stackable mood. Delivery is always fast, and it is a lovely treat from me, to me.

Special treat
I was waiting for a special occasion to treat myself to a LB piece. So glad I now own the vine garland. It’s beautiful and I’m wearing it in my helix piercing. It looks great. Normally don’t notice it, but occasionally it feels a little sharp against the rim of my ear, but with the design and where I’ve chose to place it I guess that’s to be expected. Still totally worth it and I plan to wear it constantly! Thank you ☺️

Honestly felt I’d been robbed!
When I opened the box I was instantly disappointed!, So tiny it’s barely noticeable and certainly not worth the price tag. And because it’s an earring you can’t return even though I was never going to wear it! Honestly there’s nicer and more eye catching titanium pieces on Amazon that are far nicer than this and for a fraction of the price.

Lovely jewellery, no communication though
I was signed up to the updates as the pieceof jewellery I wanted wasn't available, I didn't receive a notification when it was in stock, just by chance I had been on the website and found it back in stock so I bought, such a lovely piece and the quality is lovely. I emailed about the pieces coming back into stock but never received an email back which is quite disappointing. This is the first time I've bought from laura bond, I'm not sure if I'd buy again just due to communication issues as I'd be worried if I were to have an issue with any pieces that I wouldn't get a response back. I do love the jewellery though, very pretty and well priced.

Great service
Bought the iris stud and 5mm backs, couldn’t get them properly threaded so popped in to the boutique. Lovely experience with a very helpful piercer who popped them in my piercing properly. I’ll definitely be back

I came along to Laura Bond for a piercing on my close friends birthday! The experience was so lovely that it’s made me want all my future piercings (and now tattoos) here!! The staff are all lovely and friendly, there’s no rush on deciding which jewellery you’d like and they really seem invested in you making the best choice. I have been to Laura Bond on many…
I have been to Laura Bond on many occasions, whether for a piercing with the fabulous Sarah Crowe, or just for shopping for some amazing earrings.
So when my 18 year old son said he wanted his ear pierced, I immediately booked him in with Sarah.
Fabulous customer service and just general care, as well as lovely people.
He loves, I love it. Definitely recommend.

I was rather reluctant initially to purchase an earing for my conch which cost £175, only because I knew I couldn't return it if I didn't like it. I took the risk and ordered, my delivery arrived the next day. My earing is absolutely stunning. It's probably the best thing I have purchased this year. I will definitely buy from Laura Bond again.
