Please avoid buying products from Lavanya The Label. I would not recommend them at all, and you may regret the purchase.

The material is too good and the styles are unmatched and top notch.

I wish to not give even 1 star. I ordered from Lavnya the label. They created wrong invoice and the courier asked for INR 6000 instead of INR 298. I raised the issue with Lavnya. They kept saying that we are resolving the issue but took no action. After several followups and emails I asked them to refund my money. They said our policy is only to give store credit. So basically once they got your money its stuck. They can do an invoice error as exeption but cannot do execption to do refund. Their customer service is extremely poor. They will make you suffer. Please refrain from buying from Lavnya.

I received the my order on time and the product is really graceful, very much satisfied with my purchase.

If i could give minus i would. -1000. I have ordered my product on 21 December 2025 and they have not even completed manufacturing. I dont think they have even started yet.
Keep telling me about made to order. Not providing discount despite the delay. Have missed out in wearing the lehenga at the wedding i wanted to. Absolute shambles service. This company is bogus and full of false promises. Shut it down.

They extensively delayed the shipping and never acknowledged their mistake. Their customer care service is as bad as the quality of their dress. The stitching and shape of the dress was very shabby.

Very unprofessional. I placed the order by COD. But they started calling and asking for money and said pay half money or we will cancel. Then they did not even pick the call. why accept cod order .

How to file a case on Lavanya the label ..these guys are deliberately fooling people by having some self made useless policies of no cancellation, no refund ..

My experience with Lavanya The Label has been really good. The designs are beautiful and the outfits look exactly as shown. The team is responsive and tries their best to help with queries. Overall, a lovely brand for ethnic wear.

I had a great experience with that brand . I have buy pink saree and it's fitting and quality is amazing 😍

One of the worst brands you could ever find. Never shop from here. They rejected my exchange request siting to it not meeting the quality check. But I had returned the dress exactly the way I had received. The stain was there from the moment I recieved it. The return or exchange window is of only two days. I had placed the exchange request the very day I recieved it. Still on the website the order staus was not changed to "exchange initiated" or something. They didn't provide me a pick up agent for about a week. I had to mail them regarding that. The customer service is pathetic, they would never pick your call. They may call you later but they don't solve your problem. They rejected my exchange request and said that they would return the same dress I sent them. It's been one and a half week and I'm still waiting for the dress to arrive. The overall experience is very traumatizing. Please never buy from here. I had also ordered a blue suit from here for my mother. The blue suit came with a green dupatta. I unboxed it after 2 days so I can't even return it now. Forget about money if you want lesser trauma in your life then please don't purchase anything from this third class website.

I ordered a Anarkali Suit for ₹3,419 on 28th Nov 2024. After exceeding their 30-day shipping policy, they cancelled my order without consent on 31st Dec and issued a credit note, which I had repeatedly declined.

They later claimed the order was reinstated and would ship in 7 days—only to go silent and again push the credit note, which expired in March 2025. Their customer support is disorganized, gives contradictory responses, and has zero accountability.

I even filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum, which sent two reminders. The brand never responded, and the case was closed after 30 days. Based on this, I’ve lost both my money and peace of mind. Now I’m seeing dozens of similar scam complaints and terrible product quality reviews from others.

Please stay away. Don't fall for their Instagram ads or fake influencer promotions.

I would give a 0 if possible. It's been almost 2 months now and I am yet to receive my order.
No one answers their channels, and if they do all I hear is a new shipping date.
Plus they would not even refund my money now.
