What made my experience great at Lawnstarter is that I was introduced to professionals who take pride in what they are doing. Nowadays it is hard to find professionalism so I appreciated the presentation.

Very bad customer service it's a complete scam they keep skipping the servers over and over again and they're not sorry for it if you get tickets from your Association they won't even cover it

This service was provided for my mother's home. She was so happy with the service. She appreciated how quickly and professionally they performed. She has called me everyday since thanking me for her beautiful yard.

Lawnstarter offers a variety of convenient services. I love the ease the scheduling and the ability to customize the frequency of our mowing. Our yard always looks great and it's affordable. I highly recommended them for any lawn care needs.

The concept is good.THE APPLICATION IS TERRIBLE. I attempted to reschedule my service 72 hours prior to service and told me I was within the 48 hours and that isn't possible. (72 hours is not within a 48 hour window). due to this issue I reached out to the provider directly which is instructed by error message in the application, trying to reschedule and get him the information to my new home.( The application doesn't allow to easily change your home address). The provider never responded. Lawnstarters then quietly appointed a new service provider to my house without my knowledge to complete the service and charged me for it. They essentially charged me to cut someone else grass because the new provider showed up to the wrong house. When I reached out to Lawnstarters I was told there isn't anything they could do and had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to fix the problem by paying for an additional service at the correct address. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

The crew from LawnStarter showed up on time and took a walk around the house to get a sense of the job ahead. Since this was their first time with us (and us, them) they wanted to make sure of our expectations and needs.

Vinisha and her husband, B (sorry, I don't recall his name...my bad) then began work efficiently and professionally. The resultant work looked great. The lawn was cut to the proper height, edges carefully trimmed, and everything cleaned up before they left.

They also trimmed a few shrubs and they looked so much better afterwards.

This was our first time with this company and crew. We will definitely continue with these folks.

Thomas came at the appointed time to give my yard a much needed cut. He did a nice job and took away the grass trimmings.

This is the first time I’m using the services of Lawn Starter. I wasn’t sure if this service would follow through with what they promised but they did. They found Jacob for me. Jacob notified me of when he would commence his lawn cutting services. Jacob was on time and cut the lawn the way I had asked for it to be cut! He’s also been receptive to additional items I requested of him. I look forward to working with Jacob over the next several years!

The service provider arrived, and completed the tasks in a timely manner, and was helpful in pointing out that an area of my backyard could not be mowed, due to overgrowth vegetation, roots, and stumps, which we'll have to have a different service remove, before that area can be mowed in the future.

The front and back lawns which the provider was able to mow look much better, now.
