So first the app chooses anyone that has a lawnmower to service your property. Second the actual service people you find that are decent, only get 63% of what you pay. Third there are ridiculous fees that just seem made up. Fourth you are forced to use the app 3 times im order to cancel. Not to mention what the service people go through. The company is not based in America and its a exploitation of hard working Americans trying to find work.

Please people be aware that this company is not only taking advantage of the customers, but also the contractors Customers will never get the job done because they’re not allowed to talk to their actual contractor You’re only allowed to talk to lawn starter and lawn starter is taking so much percentage out of customers that contractors don’t wanna pick up the job and those who do pick up the job. They’re not coming back to do it because it was set so low, but at the end of the day the company don’t care along the you send that payment Which I think is very selfish to try to take 35% on equipment on gas and time that you’re not putting out there, you’ll do better paying thumbtack or Angie

Just wanted to Thank James, from Blazin Scapes LLC. He did a great job, his communication was perfect. I spend a lot of time out on the road working, so knowing that this professional took the time to keep in contact with me and did an excellent job at cutting my lawn, really set my mind at ease. We live in an H.O.A. and I’m always worried that they will try to find the smallest issue to focus on, James helped to alleviate that stress. Will definitely be using Blazin Scapes LLC and LawnStarters again in the future. A++

This app has been a great find! I’m a busy professional and don’t have time to track down lawn service providers. I love that you can pause or skip a service. I also used the app to get a hedge trimmed. Very easy and saves me so much time.

The back yard work that Derrick did so far with cleaning up the debris of leaves and branches so far.

Martin was excellent. Weather made the timing of the job difficult and he needed to be there for more than one day. In addition to doing a great job (lawn looks great, trim, and clean-up exceptional), Martin made sure that I knew what was happening, how much he was able to get done before the weather changed, when he would be back, and when he was done. He also provided good information about how to improve the quality of my lawn in the future. Would absolutely recommend.

Gregory was thorough, friendly, and he and his coworker got right to business. When I made a request he addressed the issue fully and quickly. I appreciated the professionalism.

LawnStarter is a scam operation. They lie and cheat ghe customer of finances. DON’T USE THEM

Okay..your mower Bryan did a great job...the mowing before my last mowing I knew I didn't have the funds on my card so I gave Bryan $60.00 cash for the service that day. Then I was charged $67.40 by you company for that service.
I was told by your complaint department he did not credit me with that $ 60.00. I don't use companies I can't trust. You service was excellent but dishonesty was unfortunate for me. I lost $ 60.00. I'm 77 years old on fixed income. $ 60.00 means a lot to me. But if he needed the money. I probably would have give it to him.

First mow and the yard looks great. Even with the yard being wet from rain it was mowed on the day of appointment. Would recommend. Matt was awesome and very helpful

Ryan did a fabulous job trimming my lawn. He also did a very good good mowing.
