We recently instructed Lawsons to complete a level 3 survey on a property we're in the process of buying. Communication with Dan was good, the price was fair and the survey was carried out quickly. We were really pleased with the report we received, it was very thorough! Overall we've been impressed with the service and would definitely recommend and use again.

Fabulous experience with Dan. We are purchasing a period property having been in a new build, and his thorough report highlighted so many areas to be aware of! 100% worth getting the report to help navigate pitfalls and ask further questions of our seller. Dan was also on hand to give us verbal advice to help prioritise the work we could do, to match our budget. No question was too much trouble and he also offered to liaise with our builder and trades people if required! Super service and very reasonable turnaround to get our full report. Highly recommend!
