I had an amazing experience with the law store uk team, that were arranging my LPA my team member was Gavin Williams who had the patience of a saint, trying to get me linked up to the video, of which took me age's, but Gavin wasn't bothered at all and I was made to feel at ease, eventually we were connected, it was the best and easiest application I have ever filled in, with help at hand and in the comfort of my own home, Gavin to in his own home and office with his kiddies drawings on the wall, thank you Gavin for your kind words and support and thank you Lawstore uk

My Mum and I were quite alarmed at the prospect of a ‘ zoom like ‘ meeting as neither of us had done anything like that before! However our nerves were short lived when Gayle Williams began talking to us. I cannot give enough praise to this delightful lady- she was caring, professional and put us at our ease from the start.

Friendly competent staff. Reasonably speedy service.A-slight word of caution . Difference in Scots and English law meant having my POAs certified by Scottish solicitor.not difficult in itself just added expense.

I was very happy with my video call to Gail of Law Store today. She explained everything very clearly and talked me through the different aspects of LPA in a logical and sympathetic manner.

Jamie and Gavin, throughout the entire experience, made both myself, and my family members, most welcome. They talked through every part of the procedure and allowed me to ask any questions of concern. It helped me so much to relax and enabled me to fully concentrate. The whole experience was so very much enjoyable as it felt like I was in the company of two friends rather than a team of 'Law, looking to sell me a legal documented plan..and this, I found, at only a fraction of the price that I had been quoted from other parties. With myself being a single, disabled, 70 year old pensioner, I was in the position of being 'Priced Out' of enabling myself to purchase 'Peace of Mind' for myself and family, for the latter stages of my life.

Both Gill and Gavin were very friendly at the same time as being professional. We as a family were a bit apprehensive about the whole process of doing my dad's LPA but they made the process less stressful. I would recommend them to other family and friends.

Instructions are easy to follow, and Gavin goes through all the points needed simply and clearly, leaving nothing to doubt.
