I am operating a VPS from layer7 for about 1.5 years now. Up until now I haven't experienced any major issues. Once there was an issue with a storage cluster that required my server to be rebooted without prior warning. Except for that, there's really nothing to complain about. Their support answers questions fast and is able to quickly resolve issues.

I think their pricing policy (especially regarding storage) is quite fair and makes them a very attractive hosting provider.

I've been using the service for almost two years now and it's been smooth the whole time. The support team has been absolutely great—quick to respond and take action whenever something came up. It's rare these days to find a service that's both reliable and backed by such a solid team. Really appreciate the consistency and quality.

Good support, I have been using them for 1 month now, I have had no problems.

So i ordered thier server with an additional 1TB HDD storage it was not provisioned with the vps i contacted support and was told i needed technical knowledge to use it and my service was suspended for some reason.

I've used 3 VPSes from Layer7 for almost a year now and can absolutely recommend them, the performance of the servers has been rather consistent and the support rather fast (replied always on the same day, even on the weekend) and always helpful and friendly. While there were some outages, they were always resolved rather fast.

Ordered backup service, paid. No information about what I've ordered, no additional information on what should I do, wait, ask info, get info by my self. Tried to search they support pages nothing. Looked like scam. Created ticket ,no answer. After that asked for refund, and then I understood that they are alive :) was called problematic customer as I need updates and understand what I need to do. Even though I said ok, I'm ok to wait as now I received update, owner said that they will not want me as a customer. Good. Lack of information was translated as my problem. Would keep away from such attitude.

I signed up for free trial and could not get it to load, I contacted support thinking they would probably just ignore me. They responded right away and worked with me until we got it sorted out. I was really happy with their customer service and so far the app is working great, based on my personal experience I would recommend this service.

I Have +20 server With them for more than 5Month I guess i never open tickets for problem in any server

The tech support is great -- I had two problems -- one due to a bug on their side, one due to my idiocy.
Bouth were promptly (in span of a few hours) fixed by the great Oliver Dzombic from tech support.
Considering that I pay only 4.14 EUR, this is... Positively impressive.
I do recommend them for this - 5/5.
