Poor after sales support
I've now had 2 items that have broken with a month of ownership. One was a mop and the other a Mi Band 2. It is impossible to contact the seller, the manufacturer doesn't want to help and Lazada cries 'ignorance is bliss'. Not that I won't use them in the future, but they need to enforce that customers will get after sales support. I don't expect a $41 product to fail within a month...but apparently no one else is surprised.
Amateur delivery service
amateur delivery service. ordered friday was promised delivery monday maybe tuesday. Calling tuesday morning to inquire where goods are at receiving answer that product will be delivered 11 am - noon same day....17:14 my goods have still not been delivered. called Lazada who then informed product is still at shop..Had I bought somewhere else I would not have had this hassle....How come Lazada does not follow up closely on delivery after my first inquiry? Thanks for wasting my time Lazada....My time is also money, you know?
UNRELIABLE
I tried to buy an item from lazada.com.ph a few months ago. I chose "Cash on Delivery" payment option. After check out, I received a confirmation email. The following day, I received a call from lazada that the item is no longer available. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
Idiotic customer service
Bought Kindle paperwhite, paid upon ordering, stated ships in 1-2 days, after 2 days no response. Called on 3rd day, the CS said she'll check and return to me but she never did. So after 5 days (Yes, 5 f**king days) I called again, this time the CS tell me they canceled my order due to system error and ask me to order and PAY AGAIN, maybe this time system won't have error. CRAZY!! I demanded that if it's their error they should rectify it themselves not ask me to pay again and try my luck! then the idiotic CS said that it is stated in the terms and condition that LAZADA is not responsible for their own system error.
I told them this is ridiculous and threaten to post online everywhere about this stupid company and the CS tell me she won't stop me if I wanna do that.
At the end of the day, LAZADA did not apologize to me for their mistake or offer refund, just ask me order and pay again and try my luck.
Luckily my credit card company disputed the transaction for me.
