My fiancée and I were recommended to LDN Finance when we started our mortgage journey, and the service we have received, and continue to receive, has been outstanding throughout.

Phil Leivesley initially looked after us and made what can be a very daunting process feel straightforward and easy to understand. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

As part of the process, we also wanted to explore a number of protection policies, and Phil introduced us to his colleague, Antony Cotchobos.

Antony was exceptional throughout. He spent a considerable amount of time with us on calls, carefully explaining the various options available and helping us understand what would be most suitable for our circumstances. At every stage, we felt we were in incredibly safe hands and receiving advice that genuinely had our best interests at heart.

During the application process, there were some additional questions raised by the insurer regarding a medical matter. Antony was fantastic in the way he handled this. He took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly, kept us informed throughout, explained our options clearly, and worked tirelessly to help us achieve the best possible outcome.

Thanks to his support and expertise, we now have the right policies in place and the peace of mind that comes with knowing our family will be protected should the unexpected happen.
