I dealt with Dan from LD Roofing and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I was quite nervous about spending that kind of money, but he was extremely helpful from the start, breaking everything down and explaining it all clearly so I felt comfortable with what was being done.

They stripped the whole roof and replaced the battens, felt, tiles, ridge tiles and gutters. Dan kept in touch throughout, letting me know when things like the scaffolding and skip were arriving, and even sent photos along the way which really put my mind at ease.

I deal with a lot of trades, but Dan and the team really did go above and beyond. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy. At one point I thought extra insulation was needed, but he explained it was already sufficient and removed that cost, which says a lot about his honesty.

The price was very competitive, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. I’m so happy with the new roof and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Efficient, excellent service. I have just had a chimney repointed on my property. The staff, and all members of their team have been so helpful. The people in the office were easy to talk to and made sure I knew what was happening, especially Julia. Marx and Ben,
were both polite and Marx, who carried out the work explained to me exactly what he was doing and kept me informed all the time. It was a pleasure to have him do the work for me as he took such pride in his work.

Had a complete roof strip down and rebuilt from LD roofing Northampton. The fitting team were Max and Ben who did a brilliant job in very harsh weather conditions in a very fast completion time. LD roofing have been very professional in all aspects of the work even phoned on the second day of installation to check all was going well. Would definitely recommend this company.

Messaged company to inspect our roof and this is my thoughts:

Pros:
+Quick replies on first emails
+Roof visit booked in same week
+Enginner arrived relatively on time

Cons:
-After drone roof inspection I was told enginner will come back to us with results, but no one did
-No replies on my follow up email
-Called them 3 times, and all 3 times I was told someone will look into this and come back to me
-No communication afterwards

Conclusion: Company gave me profesional vibes at first, but then I was let down when no one was able to give me results of inspection month after roofcheck.

I had 2 new Velux windows replaced. It wasn’t an easy job as it turned out the window reveals were out slightly and fitting the new ones in was tricky. I will mention Max as he worked so conscientiously to ensure the best job possible. He was very polite and kept me informed of progress. The office staff (Alan and Julia) were at hand to help with timings of scaffolding etc.
I would certainly recommend LD Roofing Services.

They put up damaged gutters on my property which let water marks in white walls. No offer for repairs was made to the interior of my home.

Keep away from this business if you want your property left undamaged from shoddy gutters.
