Although there was a tiny issue post completion with regards to the stamp duty payment their accounts team was responsible for, they resolved it and still ensured an overall excellent experience when working with them. By having dealt with the seller’s unprofessional and slow solicitors, it becomes even more apparent how the core qualities of your legal team play a key role in your transaction, which is already a stressful and cumbersome experience when buying a property in the UK.
